The Property is presently not being rented and is FOR SALE. Bonitahillsrental........ is owned by Philip Blinston. This beautiful holiday apartment was acquired after I retired from the fire service. One of the deciding factors for us was the stunning sea views and the tranquil tropical gardens in which the apartment is set. We regard Bonita Hills as our second home and hope our guests feel the same during their stay. You will find the apartment is equipped with all amenities required for a self catering holiday.Our beautiful and spacious apartment is finished to the highest standard with modern Spanish architectural details, marble floors throughout and quality German fittings. The furnishings and decorations are elegant, stylish and comfortable with all the amenities and luxuries you would expect from an apartment of this quality.There are two large pools and lush sun drenched tropical gardens. This terrace, which is attached to the front bedroom, gives extensive views over the tropical gardens and pool, whilst the large rear terrace looks out with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The picture from the rear terrace is a "Genuine” stunning sea view, and not taken from another location in the complex. The large rear terrace is part covered and part uncovered and is sun drenched all day from sunrise to sunset.

Bonita Hills is a quiet family complex with beautiful maintained communal areas and landscaped gardens. A condition of all bookings is that you respect the property and other residents (both permanent residents and other holiday makers) by adhering to the community rules.

This is a 2 bed roomed apartment, which sleeps a maximum of 5 people. Consisting of 1 double bed, and 2 single beds, which convert to a King-sized bed if required. There is also a single z - bed and a child's cot "Free" and available if required.
THE FRONT BEDROOM: - has built in wardrobes, drawers, and double bed, with separate door to en - suite bathroom, comprising of all amenities, including shower and wash basin. sliding glass doors give access to a small terrace, overlooking the pool and gardens.
THE REAR BEDROOM: - has 2 single or (King-sized bed), built in wardrobes, and drawers, and a separate en-suite bathroom with all amenities including his and hers wash basins. Sliding glass doors open out onto the main terrace giving spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. Gibraltar and the North African coast can also be seen most days.
THE KITCHEN :- is fully equipped with high quality German fittings, including washing machine, dishwasher , Tumble Dryer, New fridge-freezer upgraded this year, microwave, kettle, toaster and fresh coffee machine etc.
THE LOUNGE: - is very spacious and comfortable, with all modern entertainment facilities, including Cable TV, DVD, and HI-FI, Free WiFi etc. A luxurious duck down filled lounge suite will guarantee all the comforts of home.
THROUGH THE ARCHWAY: - will access the 2 bathrooms, with opening windows to outside and very bright and airy, comprising of all amenities.
THE INTERNAL DINING AREA :- has seating for four people, however there are dining facilities for a further 4 people outside on the large rear covered terrace, adjoining the lounge area, through sliding glass doors providing wonderful sea views from the Terrace.
THE MAIN TERRACE: - has also been upgraded with new lighting and new terrace furniture.
"SAFETY”:- The property has now been fitted with Smoke Detectors and a Fire Blanket for your safety by a Fire Service Professional. There are no gas appliances in the property.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol boasts on average 320 days sunshine a year.
Explore close by the typical white Andalucían mountain villages such as Mijas, Ronda or Casares. With major Cities to see, within easy reach half an hour’s drive away, Malaga with its Moorish Castle and the Cathedral , and further afield, Seville and Granada, - Gibraltar and the Sierra Mountains for skiing in winter. Dolphin Watch cruises in Marbella (15 Minutes drive), day trips to Morocco and many opportunities for water sports
Fuengirola is probably most famous for its five miles of sandy beaches and is 15 minutes drive away to the (East), a bustling town by day and night and plenty of night life for the young ones. Follow the shopping baskets on Tuesdays and you will find yourself at the largest and liveliest street market on the coast. There is also a Saturday boot sale here with the predictably intriguing selection of items on sale.
Marbella 15 minutes drive to the (West) expensive shops and the high society of the Costa del Sol is what await you when driving along the Golden Mile towards the marina. The amphitheatre at Constitution Park (once the garden of a private residence) is frequently used for concerts and plays in the summer, casinos, clubs and just about every sporting activity under the sun.
However for the ultimate in coastal charisma it would be hard to beat Puerto Banus, just west of Marbella town. This is the place to be pampered yacht side and watch the world go by or window shop at one of several of the world renowned fashion houses and boutiques. The port has grown considerably over the years and now includes a casino, commercial shopping centre, El Corte Ingles department store, marine observatory and a multi cinema with films shown in their original soundtrack. The night life is buzzing here with alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos which are open dusk until dawn.
This part of the Costa del Sol is a paradise for "GOLF” Located in Calahonda are 4 excellent golf courses within a few minutes’ drive of the apartment. There are 50 golf clubs within 50 kilometers - the area otherwise being known as Costa Del Golf. There are many superb courses within 15-20 minutes drive and Valderrama is within easy driving distance.
In the High season temperatures can reach 42C inland, but usually around the coast a reach a maximum of 38C
Sitio de Calahonda
This quiet, private gated community is located in the desirable and extremely popular area of Calahonda.
The community of Bonita Hills is maintained to the highest standard and is one of the newer, more exclusive communities in long-time established Calahonda. There are fine restaurants and a small market next door to the Miel Y Nata, Restaurant for essentials less than 200 metres from Bonita Hills, with three commercial centres incorporating, larger super markets, shops and many other services in lower Calahonda only 2km away, Calahonda has all the amenities that the larger towns have on offer. Due to the great number of English speaking residents and visitors, it is easy to find English medical centres and most people there can speak English.
The Club del Sol provides Tennis and Top Class Gym facility's, Steam rooms and Saunas at very reasonable daily and weekly rates, and is less than 0.5km away.
For those who prefer beach activities, the apartment is only 2-5km from some of the finest beaches on the Costa del Sol. Cabopino beach has recently been declared a natural monument with pristine dunes and a section of the beach reserved for naturist sunbathing. On the Calahonda beaches you will find jet-skies and facilities for sailing, balloon flights or cable skiing. After an exhausting ride or a long day in the sun one can enjoy fresh and delicious seafood that is offered along the coast from Calahonda to Marbella.
Another great place to go is the Niiki Beach, a private beach club with restaurants, bars, Go kart, facilities for children and of course also water sports. Para-sailing is also offered here and a must for everyone who would like to see the coast from a birds-eye view.
At the Atalaya Park Hotel you will find great facilities for divers and everyone who is fascinated by a magnificent underwater-world. In addition you will also be able to enjoy spectacular views of Gibraltar and sometimes - on clear days - even the north coast of Africa.
Families with children will also have a wide range of things to do to choose from. The Agua Parks in Mijas and Fuengirola where wave pools, water slides, an adventure river and much more is on offer, such as Tivoli World, Zoo, Nature Park, Crocodile park, Wolf land and of course plenty of sandy beaches.
Weekly market days are held in the main resorts less than 5kms away, offering a wide range of shopping opportunities at bargain prices.
We are also a short distance from Horse riding facilities at 25 Euros/hour.
For Winter Breaks, we are 2 hours drive away from the Sierra Nevada with peaks of 3000 ft high and a fabulous skiing area, yet you can return to Calahonda in January and enjoy mild temperatures up to 21 C.
Few places can match the Costa del Sol for world class tennis, sailing and golf. The Costa del Sol truly is a place for all year round holidays.

Nice apartment and really nice complex. A bit too big and heavy couch in the living room, to my taste. Lovely terrace, located on the other side of the house in the picture and not the terrace as shown on the photo, lovely views from the terrace. The owner Phil was good to work with, the smallest problem was fixed immediately. Thank you Phil and Cazzy for 13 wonderful days in your Apartment
“Comfortable, well-equipped, quality accommodation in a good location”
The apartment lived up to the high expectations we'd formed from the advert. The two en-suite bedrooms gave the four of us comfort and privacy. The living area was comfortable and relaxing with quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The terrace (part open, part covered) gave flexibility with great views over the town below and the sea. It was equally pleasant to dine there at breakfast, lunch or in the evening. The small kitchen was big enough as it too was well-equipped, with a particularly useful large fridge and dishwasher. The grounds of the complex were immaculately maintained, the gardens lush and peaceful, and the two swimming pools a real treat, as was the good availability of sunbeds.

Beautiful elegant rental. Could not fault anything about this property. It was the best we ever rented. Beautiful linens..........most comfortable beds ever...same for living room. Really enjoyed our stay and loved to return in the evening to enjoy the penthouse.
