Experience this incredible air-conditioned 9 bedroom authentic Spanish Masia, superbly renovated with impeccable attention to detail, offering magnificent modern facilities for up to 18 guests. Additional guests can be accommodated for a nightly supplement. The villa includes an enormous heated infinity pool and entertaining area, with a covered terrace that accommodates over 50 sitting guests, and all just 30 minutes from one of Europe's most fantastic cities, Barcelona.
Our villa is set high on a hillside, overlooking the Penedes wine region, on 600 acres of absolute private land with breathtaking sea and mountain views. Surrounded by the Garraf National Park, and just 30 minutes from Barcelona.

It will be a week to remember, not only for you, but also for your guests. Imagine enjoying breakfast and dinner overlooking 600 acres of pristine natural land. Talking, laughing, sharing, and connecting, for nights and days on end. Day trips to the world famous town of Sitges and remarkable Barcelona city are but a breeze, and provide endless stimulus for lively conversations around the table. We will provide a contract, a 30% deposit should be paid within 10 days, with the remainder due 5 weeks prior to arrival.
If you are booking less then 5 weeks in advance the whole sum is required to confirm the booking.
We accept PayPal, credit card (visa or mastercard) or wire transfer.
We charge a refundable deposit of €1,500 in case of damages. This is required prior to arrival.
A daily maid service is available at €150 per day. This does not include linen/towel change which can be added for an additional fee.

The rear grounds of the property were recently replanted and landscaped. It is absolutely beautiful 360 degrees around the villa with room for more than 150 guests to have a sit down dinner while enjoying the nature!

“A Place close to Paradise.”
With a family of 21 ranging from 72 to 3 years of age we had dificulties finding a place to accomodate all of us. Wit Casa Nova , we absolutely did just that. Roomy clean house, no bathroom lines in the mornings, fantastic location, no highrises, traffic or crowds to fight. A fantastic big pool were some of the kids learned to swim during our two weeks and tracks in the Garraf National Park for some of the adults to work out. 12 min. to Sitges and 40 min. to Barcelona .We had a great time with the facilities and services provided for us by Servais and Rafael, and can absolutely recommend this place for a special pleasant experience.
“Fantastic villa for a week's holiday and wedding.”
We rented Casanova for a week for a large group of friends and for our wedding, attended by 100 people. The house and grounds played their part wonderfully. We had the ceremony by the pool and the dinner by the front door with drink on the terrace and a disco back at the pool. It was very much a case of organising the wedding ourselves but the flexibility from the owners to do what we liked was great. The pool is better than it looks. The TV area proved extremely popular with the kids. Generally we loved it and would highly recommend it for either a holiday or a wedding. The road is a bit of an adventure but if our wedding catering trucks can get up it anyone can!
“Fantastic Property in a Unique Location”
We were a group of 17 who stayed at Masia Sitges for a long weekend in September 2012, and we can't recommend it enough. The setting, within the national park, is simply incredible, not to mention unique, with the backdrop against the infinity pool being a particular highlight. The house itself is tastefully decorated and designed - no doubt as a result of the owner, Servais, having lived there before renting it out - and there's plenty of outside space for meals, drinks, games, etc. Servais and, his colleague, Luke, also provided delicious food, with local influences, throughout our stay - well worth taking up that option. All in all, a fantastic place and service.
“Top-class experience in Sitges”
After spending 2 weeks in this gorgeous environment non of us wanted to go back home! Just the thought of leaving this charming place, so peacefully situated right in the nature. The moment at breakfast, when you take your cup of coffee, walk out to the loungy comfortable terasse, watch the sun rise over the mountains, enjoy the chorus of birds and just let go of all possible stress in you. - wish I could live in a place like this! I could easily say I had one of the best and most relaxing holidays in my life, and I think so did the rest of our party. After a night in Sitges or Barcelona, the villa is the perfect place to wake up. There is plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing, whether you prefer company or a moment of quietness. Take a book and wander off in the enormous garden, or go for a walk in the nature park, sit by the beautiful pool and enjoy the spectacular mountain views. Pure pleasure! At night we had an amazing time at dinner, now with an astonishing sunset at the terasse on the opposite side of the villa. And as soon as the sun had set, there was some funny owl giving an evening concert. For me personally, the nature experience gave me the optimal holiday. But I must not forget to mention that the house is beautiful! What surprised us all was the comfort this villa offers. Even though the house is laying in a nature park, It didn't have any of these typical holiday problems. Bathrooms were big and comfortable, the showers were hot and with good water pressure, kitchen enormous and perfectly equipped, beds very comfortable and enough of nice fresh towels. We can highly recommend this villa for a group of friends or family. Sara and Oscar
“It was the best holiday we have ever had”
It was the best holiday we have ever had and that was mainly down to the exceptional villa and pool. The photos on the website could be better, the villa was much better than we expected. the accomodation is really impressive, comfortable and homely. I think the owners have got it just right. On our arrival the villa was spotlessly clean and fresh ( there were even fresh flowers ), very well equipped with absolutely everything we could have possibly needed for our holiday. We had a wonderful stay, the facilities were clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was made by the sweetest person, so friendly and helpful. Everything went as scheduled and planned and the staff was willing to help in any way. If you are looking for a quite out of the way place that sleeps up to 22 then this is the place for you and your friends or family. We found the description of the villa was accurate, the villa was immaculately clean, the owners very hospitable and did everything to attend all our needs and to make our stay memorable. Servais and Helena the owners, guidance to places which we could tour was also very helpful. The enormous large pool, the garden and the BBQ were all used by us on a daily basis. We also enjoyed the relative short distance to the sea. We have already recommended the place to some of our friends and will do so in the future. The spacious mansion entitled us to privacy when needed and the large verandas and pool/garden area let the family play and dine together comfortably for hours. This was a holiday of a life time and any family, friends or businesses considering a holiday together can safely consider Masia Sitges for a luxurious and immensly enjoyable location.
