Villapedro is a delightful holiday home designed in classic rustic Catalan farmhouse style. The house features a lovely 8m x 3m private swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean gardens (700sq m) and makes an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday.Lemon tree and Orange tree for fresh fruit!!

The house is well furnished to a good standard and is fully equipped with everything necessary to make your holiday a memorable experience.

Despite its peaceful location, Villapedro is only a 5 minute scenic drive by beautiful vineyards to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches. The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away while numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.The Barcelona airport is just a 20 minute drive away.

The Villa (110sq m) is conveniently spread out on one floor, and is entered via the front gate into a large courtyard newly tiled and planted. This leads to the entrance of the house that takes you into the open plan living space, offering a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining area. This area has two ceiling fans and air conditioning. It also leads on to the living room, which is bright and spacious and comfortably furnished with two sofas, a TV and another air conditioning unit. This room features a high wooden ceiling creating a good sense of space and light.

To the left of the living area is the first of the two bathrooms, and along the corridor are all the bedrooms with the remaining bathroom.Both bathrooms are newly refurbished.

Places to visit in the area: You have endless places to visit in the area. For example, -

-Cosmopolitan seaside village of SITGES full of beaches, restaurants, entertainment, nightlife and shopping.

VILANOVA i la GELTRU, with its beautiful beach and La Ramblas and numerous restaurants and bars. This is a true Catalan Spanish Town, and 10 minutes drive from the Villa.

- BARCELONA CITY and its attractions (UNESCO World Heritage).

- PENEDES REGION for winery tours to visit the most famous caves and vineyards in Spain (Freixenet, Codorniu and many more).

- Mediterranean GARRAF NATURAL PARK for nature lovers, ideal for hiking and cycling.

- Top class golf courses.Golf Club de Terramar, having hosted the Ladies Mediterranean Open 2019. 5 Minutes drive from the Villa.

- PortAventura theme park (biggest in the south of Europe).

- TARRAGONA city with its roman remains and coliseo (UNESCO World Heritage).

- COSTA DAURADA full of seaside villages and beaches.

- Route of the cistercian medieval monasteries of Poblet (UNESCO World Heritage).

- MONTSERRAT Benedictine Monastery, standing at over 4000' above sea level. Stunning approach to the mountains and beautiful views at the summit. Best driven through the local villages on the A roads to get there.

They will take you through the Villa and also recommend local amenities, restaurants etc etc and days out if you so require.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
