Description

Once a double oast and large barn dating from 1880, Hawkridge Oast has been converted into a unique and comfortable family home. The 2 roundels were originally used for drying hops, but now provide a spacious figure-of-8 sitting room with wood-burner fireplace downstairs, and upstairs form 2 large round bedrooms, 1 of which is en suite. There are 3 more double bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms, and a large well-equipped kitchen/dining area to seat at least 10, making Hawkridge Oast an excellent venue for 1 or 2 families or a large group seeking a relaxing holiday in Kent. Kick back and enjoy country living with all the frills including plasma TV with Sky, Wifi access throughout the house, and good mobile coverage. Or make the most of the garden which is very kid-friendly. French doors provide access to the large patio. This is a lovely place to escape to situated just 1 hour's drive from South London, 30 minutes from the coast and at the end of a country lane in the Kentish countryside which
