Looking for a ready to move in, cosy nest in Goa? This gem is based in Siolim in a gorgeous gated community. 2 BHK fully furnished contemporary first floor apartment - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living, dining, fully equipped kitchen, 3 balconies. (Sleeps 5 people - 4 in rooms + 1 on divan)

Amenities: Cooking gas, fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery and utensils, 24 hrs hot water, water purifier, AC, power backup, swimming pool (common area), parking, 24 hrs security and house keeping.

The space

AntHill is located in Santaa Rosa apartments, in Siolim, a quaint village next to Chapora river in North goa. Just off the Siolim bridge makes it accessible to the unexplored beaches - Morjim, Ashwem, Manderim, Arambol and more commercial beaches - Anjuna, Vagator, Calangute, Baga and Candolim. The beaches are equidistant from Santaa Rosa on either side and are reachable within 10 to 25 minutes driving in the same order. That is nearest beach is 20 minutes to the farthest beach being 30 to 40 minutes driving time. The place is well connected with stores and market in half to 1 kilometre radius. The closest town - Mapusa is just under 15 minutes drive.

Go for a walk or fishing on chapora river, walk to the local siolim fish market, eat at local joints, go to quaint little local pubs OR drive 15-30 minutes to the best restaurants in North Goa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Antima (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
