Description

Built by Goa's best developers, Acron, the complex has 24 hour security with friendly and helpful staff. The tastefully furnished apartment has two bedrooms, master bedroom with en suite. It has air conditioning and celing fans. Tata cable TV. Fully fitted kitchen.

The Villa Maria complex offers an excellent 25m swimming pool and a well equipped gym with exercise machines,, A small library for the use of residents. The village is five minutes walk away and includes a local grocery shop that stocks everything you are likely to need, and a variety of shops i.e. internet cafes, money exchange etc..

Siolim is an ideal place to get away from it all, and a great place for exploring the local
beaches which are uncrowded eve in in high season.. The Pernem beaches of Morjim, Aswem and Mandrem are particularly good. local taxis are avilable to take you to the nearby beaches, or for full day trips to other parts of Goa, such as the Spice Gardens oe the big waterfall.

Vagator beach is 3.1 miles away. Anjuna beach is 6 miles away.

“Lovely Stay!”

I had a lovely stay! The apartment was so cosy! Staff at the complex are friendly and helpful. Beach is nearby. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

“A little haven in a beautiful place”

Villa Maria is situated just outside a small, chaotic village called Siolim. It is two minutes walk from the village but the complex is very quiet. It is guarded by security staff, not that they are needed but it does give some peace of mind. The complex is built around a small pool but most go to the beach to sunbathe and swim. Getting anywhere from the complex is no problem as there is a small taxi rank in the village. The accommodation itself is clean, and modern with all the facilities you really need. There is a TV and DVD if you fancy a night in. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge, toaster and washing machine. There are two bedrooms one with an en suite bathroom. Although there are quite a few rooms in the complex, the place is very quiet. There is also a small multi-gym for the more active tourist. But without doubt the best part is the views. I'm not a big lover of nature but one can't be impressed by the variety of birds and wildlife that can be seen in the nearby woods. There are monkeys there too but I would take a pair of binoculars to see them clearly. We have been to a number of complexes in this area and we are returning to Villa Maria in October.
