Enjoy your next Majorca holiday at a country house in the historic heart of Mallorca.

The beautifully landscaped and very private garden with private swimming pool (8x4m), might make you forget that the most beautiful beaches are only 20 minutes away. The house with its garden island is located in a large corn field (15 300 sqm) and the neighbors are about 300 m away.

A stylish renovation has preserved the original charm of the estate. On 276 sqm with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths upstairs and a large lobby, a spacious dining area, living room with fireplace and kitchen on the ground floor the house offers plenty of room for a large family or a holiday together with friends. Here you can enjoy together your vacation or find a quiet spot to yourself.

From the kitchen there is a direct exit to the large covered terrace for a common breakfast and outdoor dining.

The ground floor has also an additional toilet and a utility room / laundry room. The features of the house with a dishwasher and washing machine ensures that the housework does not get into the center of your holiday.

The proximity to Sineu, the former capital of Majorca, offers you with its restaurants and cafés the opportunity to enjoy the local specialties.

Sineu is almost exactly in the center of Majorca and is connected by good roads in all directions of Mallorca. So you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches of Majorca and the many other attractions that Mallorca has to offer. In addition, every hour keeps the web Palma / Manacor.

A special attraction in Sineu is the weekly market held every Wednesday. There are not only fruit and vegetables, as well as the usual offers for tourists. It also live animals for the farm are available. If you want to enjoy the quieter market, be there early, because from about 10:00 clock, the buses come with the other tourists.

Not only on market day Sineu offers good restaurants and cafes that offer outside of the summer season, a good kitchen.

Finally, it is worth noting that Sineu was the capital of Majorca in the Middle Ages. Here you can feel many original Mallorca.
