Description

Villa Scopetello is the perfect holiday home for large groups and families who wish to spend their holidays together. (Between September and May it is also possible to rent just a portion of the Villa or even one bedroom)

The 1000 square meter large Villa with 12 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a billiard room, a bar and an office offers a lot of space to enjoy your time together and at the same time you will find always a quite spot to relax and enjoy your privacy.

The large kitchen upstairs complete with 2 gas, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, industrial oven etc..., is perfect to prepare meals for your group or if you rather would not think about cooking, take advantage of our cooking service.

The 5 hectare Garden is completely fenced and offers many places for the complete group but also cosy spots under Olive trees, in hammocks or under a pergola to enjoy your quite time of the day.

The Swimming pool is located in the upper part of the garden and you have views to Sinalunga and the lovely countryside. The pool is approx. 10x15 meters and up to 1.8 meter deep. For our youngest guests we offer also an inflatable Baby-Pool. In the Pool House you will find many water toys, lilos, a fridge to keep the drinks cool, a music system, Shower and WC as well as tennis racquets, balls and other games to play on the tennis court which is behind the pool. The tennis court has been completely renovated in January 2016 and has an Astro Turf surface. Its brilliant for good match but also for football or other ball games.

The Pool area is completely fenced and can be locked in case you ahve very young children.

The children will enjoy climbing the tree house or the slide and swing at our Play area as well as feeding our animals and collecting the fresh eggs for your breakfast.

In the lower part of the garden is also a little horse stable and riding arena. We can teach kids riding on the pony or we can take experienced riders out for beautiful ride in the Tuscan countryside.

For Barbecues we have a large wooden barbecue at the large Patio area behind the Villa. There you will find also the Pizza oven, a large pergola for eating with everybody outside and a sitting area with a garden fireplace for chilly nights. For eating outside, this is the best place as it is all day shaded and you can enjoy the views to Sinalunga which are especially beautiful in the evening.

Next to the Patio area is a brand new outside kitchen, which you can use as well in case you wish to prepare some meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher and you will find all glasses, plates and cutlery there as well.

There are several walks around the property and you can even reach Sinalunga through the large fields by foot.

We offer a wide range of services such as cooking service, Wine tours, truffle hunts and many more if you wish so. We have also special deals for Company Retreats available and if you wish to celebrate your wedding at Villa Scopetello we have a very good caterer and wedding planer on hand.

All our Prices shown are including all "basics" as:

Please let us know if you wish to book any extras and we will send you an offer tailored for your group size! On request we offer also air conditioning units for rent to keep the bedrooms at your perfect sleeping temperature.

Otherwise we provide (free of charge) fans for cooling!
