Comfortable house in Sinaia, the Pearl of the Carpathians. If you want to spend unforgettable moments in an environment of fable, near the center of the city but away from its noise, we look forward with pleasure to our house, located 350 meters from downtown, near the Sinaia Monastery, Peles Castle (built in the style Renaissance), the Pelisor Castle, Casino. This is the ideal place for mountain lovers, for those who want to spend a wonderful vacation in the middle of nature, on the ski slopes. And if it rains or the weather is bad, you can enjoy the spectacular mountain views while sipping a cocktail on the covered terrace of the house. The accommodation is situated 400 meters from the cableway leading to 1400m in height and 700 m from the telegondola that leads to the ski slopes at an altitude of 1400 meters and 2000 meters.Villa is structured in two floors, and offers you 3 bedrooms with LCD TV and wi-fi, 1 large living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, crockery, glasses, refrigerator with freezer, coffee and normal filter, electric kettle), 2 terraces, garden, barbecue, a beautiful panoramic view of cabin and mountains. *** The water (hot / cold), electricity, gas, bed linen and towels, - all included in the price. Sinaia, one of the most beautiful mountain resorts of Romania, presents the visitor a rich cultural and social past. Located in the Prahova Valley, at the foot of Varful cu Dor, Furnica si Piatra Arsa, the resort is particularly sought winter sports lovers. Because the ridges above 2000 m, the ski season starts in December and can last until May.

Sinaia has 14 ski slopes with different difficulty levels, ranging from blue for beginners to the slopes marked in red and black, for intermediate and advanced. Remember part of the best slopes in the Valea Dorului, Valea Soarelui si Carp. All slopes are serviced the ski lifts (cable lift / chairlift / ski-lift baby) accessible by cable Sinaia-Cota 1400-Cota 2000. In winter ski runs schools that organize courses for both children alike and adults.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mikaela (the owner) a message.

If Mikaela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
