This big Villa is located in the most wonderful position, just 15 min to the Costa Brava beaches and 40 min away from Barcelona.

This big enclosed holiday villa is made up of two attached and stone-built houses, Mas Estrada, and Paller Mas Estrada, with a total surface of 700m2. Each house has its own outdoor area with screen conservatory, pool area, playground and car park area. Furthermore, there is one large covered terrace, adjoining Mas Estrada, used as an outdoor dining area, with space for 40 people, which enables to gather the entire group.

Villa Mas Estrada with a total living area of 400m2, stands in extensive grounds of 3500m2 accommodating 23 people. This air-conditioning stone-built house spread out over 2 main floors, offers along with house 2, all the convenience for large groups with its 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 1 large dining room for 23 people, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 cosy sitting room.

The imposing private and enclosed yard around the house has plenty of outdoor amenities that will keep youngsters and adults busy any time of the day! You will discover close to the conservatory a large bathing area with a private swimming pool of 7x13m with sun loungers as well as a covered terrace that is ideal to enjoy the sun and freshen up at the same time.

The fully equipped summer kitchen located inside the large screen conservatory next to the house with its covered terrace for 23 people and view to the pool area, will give you the opportunity to gather the entire group and enjoy a delicious barbecue.

Moreover, kids and youngsters will surely appreciate the playground with slides, swings, tree huts and of course, the ping pong and the foosball tables! There is also a bocce ball court of 7x15m next to the swimming pool.

Villa Paller Mas Estrada is located within private and enclosed grounds of 2500m2 with a total living surface of 300m2 and divided into two main floors. Thanks to its 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining room and 1 sitting room, this large holiday rental can accommodate up to 17 people.

The enclosed yard has the same outdoor facilities as villa Mas Estrada, meaning : a large bathing area with private swimming pool of 6x11m and sun loungers, a playground for kids with swings, slides, a ping pong table as well as a covered car park area for up to 6 cars.

Furthermore there is a screen conservatory with a fully equipped summer kitchen provided with a barbecue as well as a foosball table inside. Close to it, an additional covered terrace with a dining area for up to 17 people and a large stone table next to the conservatory gives that house a genuine rural touch.

The villa has 12 air-con bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

Villa ca l' Estrada is available to rent all year round: for a fortnight, a week, a few days within the week or just for a weekend.

Prices quoted are for the rental of the entire property and are in Euros, all inclusive and without any hidden charges.Weekly bookings in the months of June, July and August run from Friday to Friday. In the rest of the year weekly periods are flexible.Weekend periods run from Friday to Sunday.

Additional days, when booking long weekends, have a special discounted price. We ask for a deposit of 20 % to confirm the booking.

Balance is due one month before your arrival. A refundable damage deposit of 400 Euros for every house is to be paid in cash at guests arrival and will be returned after the check-out day per bank transfer.
