Shambala Fiji is Located along the pristine Coral Coast of Fiji’s main island Viti Levu, Shambala (meaning ‘place of peace and tranquility’) is a large villa style home that is sure to make you feel like you have discovered Eden.

Shambala Fiji is right on the water’s edge, where you have access to a white sandy beach with crystal clear sparkling waters – perfect for snorkeling among the fish and the coral, paddle-boarding or perhaps a slow kayak ride to see the neighbouring sights. This beach is great for children wanting to play in shallow waters or for adults who want an adventure. You will also be a stone’s throw away from Maui Bay’s jetty from which you can take off on fishing charters, surfing trips or maybe a boat ride to a nearby remote island.

Shambala Fiji comprises 5 bedrooms (sleeps 12), 4 full bathrooms plus toilet, 1 main kitchen/dining/lounge/office, 1 laundry, plus 1 outdoor BBQ/Bar room with full amenities plus your very own private pool. All bedrooms have views of the ocean and private courtyards. There is an undercover carport by the front door to park your car if you have chosen to hire a vehicle. Shambala Fiji is fully serviced, including laundry. The house also comes with kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel/fishing gear and more. The house manager is on-call everyday and is never too far away if needed.

There are several delightfully quiet spots on the property where you can escape with a book, let the sound of the waves send you into your siesta, hide from the children, enjoy a hammock under the shade of a tree or lay on the sun lounges to get a dose of Vitamin D.

There’s great intermediate-advanced surf just 5 minutes down the road (Hideaway Resort), accessible by a 5 minute paddle out. Local advise can be offered by management at the time, fair chance we will be paddling out for a surf there too. This wave is best surfed 2 hours before high tide when winds are low; always a small friendly crowd there. Great, fun wave.

Why can't I call Joel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joel (the owner) a message.

If Joel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
