It enjoys private parking for one car and a rear courtyard garden. The sea front and town centre are only a couple of minutes drive away or you could stroll through the' Byes' or the 'Knowle' towards the Esplanade. Bohemia Villas is situated next to Peaslands Knapp Nature Reserve.

Comprises: Entrance foyer to open plan lounge and dining kitchen. Utility room and downstairs cloakroom with WC. On the first floor a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom and house bathroom. French windows lead to a walled 'courtyard style' garden.

The garden has been tastefully designed and landscaped with a variety of unusual trees, shrubs and pots which have been exported from Europe and the Far East. Garden furniture has been added to compliment the garden - ideal for breakfast on a sunny morning or to enjoy a bottle of wine on a warm balmy Sidmouth evening!

The Devon region

Sidmouth is a beautiful Regency town situated on the Jurassic Coast - designated as England's first natural World Heritage Site. It has been described as 'the quintessential English seaside resort.' Stunning coastal scenery combined with classic English countryside. You may wish for a gentle seafront stroll or a bracing walk on Peak Hill or Salcombe Hill to wonder at the magnificent panorama of sea and surrounding countryside. The South West coastal path is an added attraction for walkers. There is an abundance of National Trust and Historic Houses in the area. Further afield Dartmoor offers walkers a chance to explore some rugged and spectacular scenery. Other nearby places of interest include the nearby city of Exeter with its spectacular historical cathedral, stunning architecture and modern shopping Princesshay centre. The much loved Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary will attract both children and adults.

Beautiful and elegant gardens - winning Gold in the prestigious 'Britain In Bloom' competition on many occasions. Connaught Gardens with the wonderful Clock Tower tearooms overlook the sea. Pride in traditional and individual shops which offer quality and make shopping enjoyable. Sidmouth has a wide variety of restaurants, traditional tea rooms and stylish cafe bars offering good quality food and locally grown produce. Sidmouth is also renowned for it's cultural heritage which includes a first class theatre, cinema, museum, internationally known Norman Lockyer Observatory, churches, Fields department store, Heritage and Blue Plaques and Royal Connections. For sporting enthusiasts there is a golf course, tennis courts, cricket and croquet, bowls, indoor swimmimg pool and a sailing club. Sidmouth enjoys a micro climate which makes it an all year round holiday destination.
