From the owner

Our luxury 2 bedroomed apartment has every comfort of home including Dishwasher, Washing machine, Electric Oven & Ceramic Hob, Fridge/freezer, Microwave with grill and toaster. There is a large LED tv with integral satellite and a DVD in the lounge plus a further LCD TV and DVD in the master bedroom.

There is a hairdryer in each bedroom and a safe in the master bedroom.

The apartment is air-conditioned throughout. There is also a freestanding fan. There are Bose speakers with an mp3/ipod/smart phone connection for your personal music. There is high speed wireless internet connection via password from security on the complex.

The apartment has two balconies. The main front balcony has a wonderful uninterrupted view of the pool area and mountains. We have fitted beautiful outdoor blinds to the front balcony to shade you from the sun as required and they can also be used to provide privacy from surrounding apartments if required as they can be lowered all the way to the floor.

It's only 50 minutes from Antalya Airport on a first class private complex that has beautiful gardens, large pool plus children's pool and play area, fitness centre, table tennis table, table football, sauna, restaurant and bar plus 24 hours security.

It is a gated complex with access by key code or key fob only so is very secure and private.

It is on the first floor facing the pool overlooking green belt land and mountains.Our apartment is walking distance to beach, bars, shops, restaurants and the beautiful old town of Side with it's fascinating Roman ruins including a theatre that still hosts shows today. There is plenty to do in the area including water sports on the beach, white water rafting, jeep safaris, horse riding and the golf resort of Belek is only 30 minutes away. Also there is Links Golf Course only 15 minutes drive away. The Mediterranean Sea and long sandy beaches are only a 15 - 20 minute walk away and if you don't want to walk there is a free shuttle bus to get you there in 5 minutes and there is a local dolmus bus that will take you to other areas

However, when they are open they are only in the old town or on the promenade so always quiet by the apartments. Look forward to welcoming you back in the future

Why can't I call Sue (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sue (the owner) a message.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
