Description

This is an exceptional home in an exceptional community, which combines quality of living, secure gated community and ideal location within the resort.

The community was designed by one of the regions major developers with a history of quality homes in superbly designed communities....AND is proving very very popular with guests spending holidays here.

The home overlooks the wonderful tropical designed main pool running the length of the community and which leads into an indoor heated pool with a gym and a sauna, plus a summer cafe bar and a pagoda, making it an all year round holiday destination in a resort that has a long season and is in fact open all year round.

There are 2 bedrooms , a twin and a double bed, with the main bedroom having an ensuite bathroom. The open plan living leads to a good sized balcony on the first floor that overlooks the swimming pool and westerly views towards the coast. The home is fully appointed and with integrated kitchen, towels, linen, TV DVD ,etc all you need are personal belongings.

In addition you can walk to the beach although we provide many free shuttles on call both to the beaches and into old Side. Plus within a few minutes walk are several popular restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the main street in SIDE in under 10 minutes.

The community is safe and secure, great for all ages and somewhere where parents can relax whilst children play in the children's playground.

We have more photos and also ask for our free online video of SIDE resort. To summarize Tropical Gardens E 5 provides a high quality home in a luxurious community and ticks all the holiday boxes. We always believe having a great annual holiday is based around the right accommodation so when you are adding up total holiday costs, door to door, remember per person a variance of £10 for example on what you pay for the accommodation is a fraction of the total.

You can walk to the beach in bout 15 minutes although we provide many free shuttles on call both to the beaches and into old Side. Plus within a few minutes walk are several popular restaurants ( such as the well known Korner Bar just 5 minutes walk) and supermarkets and you can walk to the main street in SIDE in under 10 minutes.

Like the home, the community is truly 5 star, not over crowded, huge pool, indoor heated pool, 24/7 security, pagoda, sauna, gym , children's play ground and pool.

Furthermore our guests enjoy VIP services and discounts in resort where we have a close relationship with bars, restaurants, local tours and activities. So you will be well looked after. Indeed I have 3 young children as the photos show and we never need a car, or catch a taxi or bus even though we go to the beach frequently and out to eat every day.

I can relax in the community whilst the children play in safety. Plus with multi channel TV and a DVD they are always happy.

Also we have a strong relationship with providers of local tours, water parks, etc and with several recommended restaurants offering free pick up and drop off services. Also with beach bars and restaurants who offer free pick up and drop off 24/7 , free sunbeds and umbrellas. However shops, bars and restaurants are only 5 minutes walk and even the beach is within 15 minutes walk

We look after many homes in beautiful Side and once you book we can send you a video of the resort plus extra photos. Also we have a strong relationship with providers of local tours, water parks, etc and with several recommended restaurants offering free pick up and drop off services. Last but not least throughout your holiday we have a local manager of the home contactable if you need advice or have a problem and also we are contactable 24.7 through our UK office
