Mill House was originally built in the 1850's and used as a dairy for Boswell and the outlaying farms. Now converted into a charming, spacious, character holiday cottage, which can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests. Mill House can also be let conjoined with Cider House to sleep up to 11 people – ideal for large groups.This pretty holiday cottage consists of a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, a bedroom with twin beds and a small sitting area (it is possible to install a third single bed into this room), and ensuite bathroom located on the ground floor.A very comfortable and spacious sitting room is located on the first floor, with elevated and stunning views from the window across the beautiful Sweetcombe Valley, also the master bedroom with a four poster bed overlooking the historic courtyard and ensuite bathroom.Mill House can also be converted to a Ground Floor Suite for 2 guests - ideal for those with mobility issues NATIONAL ACCESSIBLE SCHEME (M1), Mill

Owners Notes Short break pricing - while we list a nightly rate where applicable this is done on the minimum number of nights so will reduce if more nights are booked as the nightly rate varies depending on the number of nights you book so will vary to the quote you receive. If you cancel your booking you must immediately notify us by telephone and confirm in writing. In cases of cancellation the deposit is non refundable under any circumstances. Should your cancellation fall within 8 weeks of your arrival date the full rental will be payable. Boswell Farm strongly recommends that a cancellation insurance policy is taken out.
Your cottage will be available from 4.00pm on the date of arrival. Occupation before this time will not be allowed.The cottage and site must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure
