A 4 bedroomed sleep 8 apartment on the hillside in a quiet location near the seafront in weston super mare. This is one of four apartments within a victorian building which has been lovingly converted into apartments, suitable for families, business people or groups of friends looking for self catering accomodation. The apartment benefits from character features, lavish furnishings, Tv and freeeview, DVD player, and all necessities for the kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment is located nicely and is tastefully decorated and well organized, it is well equipped and comfortable and well worth the money I payed, the owner is helpful and a gentleman.

We loved our stay (5 adults, 3 children). The garden opens up onto a local play park which the children loved, just a short 5 minute walk from all local amenities and attractions. Though is up a steep hill but we needed the exercise after all the donuts and ice creams! Property could do with a bit of DIY maintenance but was very clean, we were very comfortable there. Beds comfy and plenty of storage and space for large families like ours. Loved the outdoor covered seating area, we ate outside every night. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Thankyou for a fabulous holiday! The only issue I had was I felt the back step was too high for toddlers and someone with mobility issues may struggle slightly, could do with a hand rail or additional step.

I stayed at this apartment a few weeks ago for a weekend when we arrived we were told it would be ready in a few hours when we went back found we had to clean the kitchen ourselves as it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Some of the work throughout the apartment wasn’t completed, there was windows that would lock and could really do with some TLC and a good clean top to bottom and new paint on the whole apartment pictures below are from one of the rooms and the hall way also shows DVD and Sky

We had a lovely break the flat was spacious and well equipped. Stephen was lovely and was always close by if we needed anything. I would say the property is in need of some TLC. The window in the small toilet did not close and the flat needed some redecorating. The flat is up a steep hill so you have to be fit to get up and down, we had a wheelchair user so it was very hard work.

How do damage deposits work?

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
