Long mountain centre offers you a self-catering holiday with a difference; six secluded log cabins a real home from home close to a area of outstanding natural beauty in the heart of the Shropshire hills

Our traditional family-run centre on the edge of the Shropshire Area of outstanding natural beauty and right on the Welsh border is situated between Shrewsbury and Welshpool with the Historic town of Oswestry only 30mins away and 1 hrs drive to Chester Approximately1 1/2 from Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool Airports, a 1½ hour drive to the spectacular welsh coastal areas. The nearest train station is approx 6 miles away at Welshpool if you want to reduce your carbon footprint and leave the car at home

An ideal central base from which to explore the wonders of the South Shropshire hills and the welsh border towns and to meet up with friends and family. Stay with us in our luxurious self-catering log cabin with stunning views of the beautiful and dramatic Shropshire and welsh border countryside. An idyllic rural retreat, where you can relax and unwind from the stresses and strains of everyday life. Our lodges are all built of solid wood, not just timber clad, and are fully heated so can be used all year round. The lodges sleep from 2 to 5 guests, and each lodge has its own verandah, area with outdoor seating.

How do damage deposits work?
