'The Dingle' is situated in the heart of the quaint seaside town of Sheringham, just a two minute walk to the high street with plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and a little theatre. A few minutes walk away are Sheringham's blue flag beaches and promenades. 'The Dingle' has off street parking for one car.

Our house will provide a relaxing home for your stay with plenty of room for up to six people, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen.

Inside:
Living room - TV with in-built freeview, DVD player, seating for six.
Kitchen/Dining room - 6 ring gas hob and double electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ample utensils, cooking equipment, dining sets. A selection of DVD's, books and games. Extendable dining table with six chairs. Ranch style door giving access to side path, patio and garden.
Walk in cloakroom - Storage area including items such as clothes airer, hoover, ironing

Loft Bedroom 3 - Two 2ft 6' small single beds, side hanging and drawer unit.
Family bathroom - Over bath shower, WC, sink. Towels included.

Outside:
Garden - Patio table and chairs, parasol, storage shed. Side gate access for 'sandy' returns from the beach.
Off street parking for one car at the front of the house.

Other features: Free WI-FI, constant hot water, travel cot and high chair are provided. Guests are advised the staircase is steeper than a modern house, which is typical for this period of house. A secure fitted handrail to assist.

Linen and towels included. Please bring your own beach towels.

Children are welcome although there is a strict NO pets, NO smoking policy.


Summary of booking conditions: Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form and signed terms & conditions, together with a 20% non-refundable deposit. Full payment due 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period. Bookings can be completed by email or by mail. A £150 refundable security deposit will be payable with the final balance. This security deposit will be returned with 7 days of departure, subject to a satisfactory report regarding cleaning and assessment for loss and/or damages.

“Child-friendly property ideal for a weekend on the beach”

The Dingle is an excellent base for the N Norfolk coast - clean, comfortable and well-equipped. One of the bonuses for us is that it was so safe for two toddlers - stair gates, high chair, travel cot, an enclosed garden, off-street parking, a drawer full of story books, plastic plates & cups for the little ones and even outside toys and buckets and spades in the garden shed! The bottle of wine for the grown ups was a BIG bonus!!! The Dingle is on a quiet side street but minutes from the beach and handy shops...one of the best holiday properties I've stayed in.
