Madge House can cater for guests with limited mobility it has a ground floor bedroom and shower room with hand grips throughout, a WC and wetroom shower it is ideal for all the family with wheelchair access via a sloping path to the front door and to the decked rear patio. Madge is located a 100 yards from Sheringham Championship links golf course and 250 yards from the Lifeguarded Blue Flag beach, it offers SKY TV Sports & Family packages, free unlimited WIFI at approx 30+MB plus off road parking.

Madge House has two lounges with TV/DVD players. One seats 15 the other 6. The dining area seats 15 and links on to the lounge and kitchen creating a superb family area. the kitchen has three ovens two grills microwave and 8 ring gas hob, making cooking for all the family very easy

Madge can sleep up to 15 in 6 bedrooms with one on the ground floor. It has 4 bathrooms one is an en suite and another a shower room, which is on the ground floor.

Five bedrooms have Super King Beds which are 6 feet wide, four of which can be split into singles, giving an amazing amount of flexibility to your sleeping arrangements. There are Freeview TVs in all bedrooms.

All our guests have free access to a local leisure center, about an 8 minute drive away, which includes unlimited swimming, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and gymThere is a large enclosed garden with out door tables and seating for 15 guests a pergola with chairs for a quiet few moments and a large lawned area to relax on surrounded by shrubs and trees.

Madge is ideal for couples or families. If you are visiting outside the school holidays we may offer up to 40% reduction on the quoted prices for groups of 8 or less using up to 4 bedrooms. Just message us to see what offers we are running, we will get back to you the same day.

We provide all linen and towels these are included in the price, beds are fully made up ready for you to relax on.

We will be on hand to open up the house and show you round, it's a good chance to check we have everything to your liking and help with any local information you might require. We can also pick you up at the rail/bus stations in Sheringham for no extra charge, just let us know your train time and we do the rest. We are a local family, running Sheringham Cottages just give us a call and we will be round, same day, to sort out any problems with your house, we just want you to have a great time while staying with us.

There is a regular train connection to Norwich, travelling through the impressive North Norfolk countryside. Bus links are mainly east/west along the coast connecting many of the coastal villages.

How do damage deposits work?
