“Excellent accommodation!”

Reviewed 26 Sep 2015

The property is very well presented and the welcome pack of wine, biscuits etc. was very welcome. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean, with a well sized kitchen, sitting room and dining room and a large garden at the rear. There is parking on the driveway for one car, which is a bonus in Sheringham where parking is at a premium. The bedrooms where clean and all linen and towels were provided. The property is about a five minute walk from the main street in Sheringham and from there it is easy access to the beach and to the steam railway as well as all the other amenities of the town. The property is a little difficult to find, but a short phone call to the owner Jennifer soon put that right. The property is in a quiet location so you won't be disturbed by road traffic noise or people leaving the pubs at night. This is an ideal property to use as a location for exploring Sheringham and the surrounding area, or just having a quiet few days relaxation, we were attending the annual 1940s weekend in the town and found that the location was a bonus, being just a short walk from all the activities, in fact, we liked it so much we've rebooked for 2016 and looking forward to it already!

“Beautiful little House in a Lovely part of the Country”

Reviewed 27 Jun 2014

We spent a lovely long weekend here. The location is fantastic. 2 minute walk to the quaint little village of Sherringham and a further minute or two to the lovely promenade. Good pubs, catering for families and lots of lovely little sea side shops. There's a lovely stroll along the front down to the Lifeboat station and on a Sunday morning ( if your up ealy) you can see the life boat go out. Great little House with everything you could possibly need and a beautiful garden which turned out to be a fantastic sun trap! We had a lovely stay.
