Cliff Brow has been a family holiday home for over three generations. The house faces the sea and is one of only a few with direct access to the beach which stretches for miles at low tide. At the back, the house is situated on the Driftway (see map), a quiet dead-end road with no through traffic, and is opposite a pretty row of restored fisherman's cottages. From here it is only a 5 minute walk into the bustling seaside town of Sheringham, which has a wide range of shops and restaurants.
The ground floor flat has been recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom. It sleeps up 6 people and is still very much a family holiday home. There is a twin bedroom off the kitchen, a double room and 2 further single bedrooms which are very small and off the sitting room. The sitting room has lovely views accross the garden and out to sea. You'll find books on the shelves, games and toys in the cupboard and a plentiful supply of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen.
Electricity and gas central heating included. Shared garden with table, chairs and BBQ. Please note that young children should not be left unsupervised in the garden as there is a drop down at the end where the staircase goes down to the sea.
Well behaved dogs may be allowed. No smoking. Available all year, short breaks welcome out of season.

The East Anglia region
North Norfolk has one of the most beautiful coastlines in the UK. As you travel around the area you will come across pretty villages, bustling market towns, secluded sandy beaches and acres of unspoilt countryside.
There is a real sense of getting away from it all here, with no motorway connections disturbing the peace. Blakeney, Cley and Wells are outstanding centres for wildlife and a paradise for birdwatchers. You can take a boat to Blakeney Point to see the seals or try out crabbing on the quayside.
The National Trust's Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and Sheringham Park are just some of the stunning historical houses and gardens of interest in the area, along with many other unique gardens such as East Runton Old Vicarage and Pensthorpe Nature Reserve.
From the sophisticated exclusivity of Burnham Market, Blakeney and Cley-next-the-Sea which offer stylish shops and award winning restaurants, to wonderful walks along the Norfolk Coast Path, to bucket, spades and ice-cream fun on the beach, North Norfolk offers something for everyone!
Sheringham's location between countryside and the shore is reflected in it's motto: 'Twixt Pine & Sea". It is both a traditional seaside town, with many small local businesses in it's lively centre, and a bustling coastal resort which has won ten consecutive European Blue Flags for the cleanliness of its beaches.
From art galleries, a theatre and a great variety of independent retailers, to ice-cream parlours, fish-and-chips shops and games arcades, Sheringham is an exceptionally diverse town which caters to all tastes.

"Great location and accommodation with sunny garden and easy access to beach."
The accommodation is very generous in size and space, with two large bedrooms and two small ones. This is a Victorian house converted into flats and the accommodation is all on the ground floor, with no stairs. The kitchen is modern and includes dining area and we found it worked fine. The large living room at the rear over looks the sea and the garden was a real sun trap when we were blessed with sun - it is open and gets full sun - but could get windy too - we even had meals outside looking over the sea. Access to the beach is an excellent feature - steps involved there. Another excellent feature was the additional shower / bathroom in the outhouse and also hanging room for wetsuits. Beach fun is well provided for with bats and balls and other items available from a store. Also Wifi was a great addition (not mentioned on the advert). Sheringham is a small town and the accommodation is within very easy walking distance of everything.
