Trinity House Garden Flat is a luxury, open plan studio/suite offering self catering, serviced accommodation. Set behind electric gates on a private equestrian smallholding with 12 acres. It has 3 large double doors opening on to a private patio with uninterrupted views over the Surrey Hills.Perfect for animal lovers with badgers and owls visiting the garden at night and chickens and horses roaming freely during the day. Within 1/2 mile of the Olympic cycling route it is the perfect setting for mountain biking, hiking and horse riding. There are cosy country pubs nearby, offering excellent food and local ales. The picturesque village of Shere is within easy walking distance and the towns of Dorking and Guildford are a short drive. Very comfortable 5ft double bed with top quality linens.

"Good location"

Lovely studio flat with all mod cons. I was visiting friends for 2 weeks so it was in a good location for me. I brought my 12 month old dog with me so we walked locally everyday. The owner was very kind and let me exercise the dog in the horse paddocks too. There is a Co-op in the next village if you run short of things, a garage at the bottom of the road, and a farm shop further along the road towards Dorking. The flat has private parking and electric gates for security, so very safe for "solos". I enjoyed sitting outside under the Wisteria having a coffee, and using the wifi connection for my laptop. Very friendly helpful family, and we soon found out we had similar interests. I have no negatives about the place.

"Beautifully spacious and well equipped, in a lovely setting"

We agree with the previous glowing reviews; this is spacious, well designed, comfortable accommodation, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and, in the midst of a heatwave, airy and cool, with that refreshing pool available, and peaceful views. Carol and her daughter are welcoming and helpful, and the animals are a delightful bonus. The local area provides lots to see and do, and this apartment is an ideal base - highly recommended.

"Amazing peaceful countryside location with horses, dog and chickens to keep you company"

We arrived on a hot Friday evening to be welcomed by horses, chickens and a friendly fluffy dog. This flat is like no other. Spacious, spotlessly clean, with everything you need for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The flat opens up to a fabulous swimming pool and amazing countryside all around. Carol and her daughter were extremely welcoming and allowed us to take over their swimming pool for the weekend. That swimming pool was so refreshing in the heat of the heigh of Summer. Our 2 year old daughter spent the whole two days running after the chickens, dipping in and out of the swimming pool and sleeping lots. Fabulous environment for children to enjoy themselves.

"Country Perfection with London and the South Coast nearby"

Despite the snow, the warmth of Carol's greeting plus the underfloor heating made it feel like summer. The large apartment had every convenience, and the view over the Surrey Hills immediately put us in a holiday mood. With convenient trains to London and the South Coast just minutes away, it would be ideal for either an energetic or a relaxing stay. Everything was as advertized, and scrupulously clean throughout. Thank you Carol. We shall Return!

"The Perfect Rural Retreat"

We arrived on a cold winter evening to start our stay of five weeks to Trinity House. The flat had every possibly convience. It was warm and cosy and spotlessly clean. There was everything and more which was advertised in the flat. Fruit, cereal, bread milk butter and even a bottle of wine was there to start our holiday. It was not until the next morning that we could appreciate the great view from the windows. The birds and local wild life was fantastic. We soon made friends with Midy, the pony, and Pom-Pom the very friendly dog. We enjoyed the surrounding countryside and always knew we were returning to our home from home. Carol was amazing. A truly awesome place to stay and we will certainly be returning for our next holiday.
