This beautifully presented one bedroom ground floor garden apartment is set in a quiet location in the grounds of an Edwardian house in the coastal resort of Shanklin. It is attached to the owners house, but cleverly arranged for maximum privacy as has its own separate entrance with parking on the road and also in the drive of the main house. There is also a WiFi connection available.All linens are provided, bed linens, towels, tea towels and toweling bath robes.Lots of books for you to read. and information on

activities,Beaches,Heriitage Sites, Cycling,Water Sports,Walks.Restaurants

As you enter the apartment there is a spacious, contemporary decorated hallway which links to all the rooms. .

The apartment is located on the tall cliffs of Luccombe in a quiet residential road and is within walking distance from Shanklin Old Village which features thatched cottages, quaint shops and old fashioned tearooms. Also in walking distance is the beautiful Rylstone Gardens, Shanklin Chine and Shanklin Theatre.

There are many coastal walks near by, which take you to the cliff path Shanklin leading to Sandown Beach, through the diverse landscape of the Landslip to Ventnor or into America Woods which is part of the Woodlands Trust..

Why can't I call Pam (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pam (the owner) a message.

If Pam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
