“Lovely house pretty location and well equipped”

Reviewed 1 Jan 2015

Lovely big farm house in a really pretty location. Although the weather wasn't great when we visited, it was great place for walking & exploring the surrounding countryside The house is well equipped, and well presented. A log fire on a cold winter day would be welcomed but overall we enjoyed our stay and was good value. Kids loved the ponds & ducks :)

“Great house, great facilities, great location”

Reviewed 19 Jul 2013

One of the loveliest houses we have stayed in. Ninham House was well equipped and situated in wrap around gardens with an outdoor pool and fishing lake, both shared with other guests, close by. All the bedrooms were nicely decorated and the children particularly liked the small play room. The upstairs shower didn't work terribly well, so it was a bit of a bun fight for the downstairs shower room, but this is our only criticism. Overall, a great house in a lovely peaceful location.

“A big well located excellent house for those needing plenty of room”

Reviewed 6 Sep 2012

I took my wife, two daughters and their families consisting of four young children and found the house to be more than adequate for our needs. There was plenty of room and the house was well stocked with kitchen appliances. The bedrooms were of a very good size and had comfortable beds. All in all we found the house met all of our needs including plenty of room outside in a safe inviroment for the children to play. If you are lucky like us and the weather is good you can have a great barbecue in the garden.

“beautiful house”

Reviewed 18 Jun 2012

the house is lovely and the grounds are really inpressive ,we went with two daughters and son-in-laws also two grandchildren aged 4 & 1 they loved the ducks and rabbits. The swimming pool would be lovely to use just shame about the weather, everything you need is in the house except towels which we knew before arriving so no problems.the tumble drier was broken, but the owner was brilliant when informed and did her best to get it repaired so could not fault customer care they were very helpful and very pleasant indeed wound,nt hesitate to return and reccommend this house to anyone ,the house is about a mile from shanklin and a lovely walk .Also reccommend booking ferry crossing with them so easy and cheaper. Tip we took bird feeder put outside kitchen window watch birds flock brill.

“Comfortable friendly house. Ideal for large families.”

Reviewed 24 Aug 2011

We all had a great time. Grandparents, and two daughters and families. This was the third time staying in this house. The grandchildren love it. Rent a beach hut on Hope Beach for the perfect family holiday.
