The apartment comprises of two large bedrooms with parkland views, and two bathrooms. The living area is spacious and open plan, with separate seating and dining areas. Within the 2½ acres of grounds, there is a listed walled garden and summerhouse, as well as a private gate to access the adjacent picturesque parkland.

Shanklin Cricket Club, a large park with duck pond and children’s play area and historic St Blasius’ Church are all nearby and the manor is a few minutes walk from the Old Village, cliff top and sandy beaches.
