From the manager

Almirikia Villa is situated right on the beach in the Sfakaki area of Rethymno town. This unique villa is built on a 1000 sqm piece of land, surrounded by palm trees and features a spacious 45 sqm swimming pool. The villa has a two-storey layout covering a total of 105 sqm. Additionally, there is an annex with a bedroom next to the pool.

Upon entering the villa, you'll find an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a living room with satellite TV and a DVD player. Adjacent to the living area, there is a lovely covered veranda where you can enjoy your drinks, meals, or dinners next to the swimming pool. On the ground floor, there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, as well as an additional WC.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll discover two more bedrooms with a shared shower/WC. One bedroom has twin beds, while the other offers a double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious balcony with patio furniture and beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned. The villa features a fourth bedroom in an annex next to the pool, which is also air-conditioned, with an en-suite shower/WC and two single beds. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

Outside, there is a beautiful garden with a lawn and plants, providing an ideal space for kids to play and for leisure. In front of the villa, there's another covered area with a dining table and a built-in barbecue. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for the villa's guests on the beach, and patio furniture is provided for relaxation right by the sea in front of the villa.

Rethymno town is just 9 km away, and there's a bus stop within a 5-minute walk from the villa. You can find nice taverns and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, and the nearest supermarket is just one kilometer away. Please note that the changeover day for this villa is only on Saturdays.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
