Oakwood detached luxury bungalow is situated opposite Sewerby Hall and Gardens. Sleeping up to 8 adults/children plus a cot, it will suit a growing family and will equally accommodate up to 4 couples. The property is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard with wooden flooring, central heating throughout and instant hot water. There is a flat screen TV in the lounge and also all the bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

There is a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen opens into the dining room which has patio doors into the rear garden area. The garden is enclosed, therefore it is safe for children and pets. Well behaved pets are allowed and it is a no smoking property. There is ample off road parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Oakwood is suitable for a family holiday and equally suited to couples. Short breaks are available in the low season and reductions are made for 2 - 4 guests, please contact for prices. Oakwood is available over Christmas and New Year.

Oakwood is on a corner plot, to the rear is a patio area with garden furniture. To the front is a shrubbed bordering garden with off road parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The Yorkshire region

Sewerby Hall Golf Course is directly opposite the bungalow and has 9 holes. Bridlington Links Golf Club has an 18 and 9 hole course which is approximately 2 mile away.
Flamborough Head Golf Club has an 18 hole course and is a short drive away.

Sewerby

Sewerby Village is surrounded by some of the nicest beaches in the North of England. There is the South Beach at Bridlington. The North Beach is just a short walk away. It can be accessed by walking along the cliff tops towards Bridlington or going down the steps at Sewerby. Reighton Sands and Flamborough's North Landing are only a short drive away. Sewerby has a pub in the village - The Ship which serves food. There is also a a Tea Room in the village which also serves meals. A small supermarket is only a 2 minutes drive away. In Bridlington there are many shops and banks. There is also The Spa Theatre that has a full programme of events throughout the year.
