The building located in the city centre is known as "El Corral del Conde" and dates from the 16th Century. This typical Andalusian Courtyard house has been declared a "Historical Cultural Heritage”. The original features from the medieval era and the traditional charm of time has been preserved such as: the central paved courtyard, the fountain, the washing place, the wooden galleries, the bread oven, the chapel...

This is a peaceful and quiet place characterized by its prominent vegetation. The continuously growing plants and flowers are a very important part of the courtyard and create an environment of rest and relaxation: An oasis in the heart of Seville. Many of the residents (artists, students or tourists) rent these apartments for their special atmosphere.

The location is privileged because of its proximity to both the Commercial Area (Corte Inglés and the best brands) and the Historic centre (the Cathedral and Giralda, the Jewish Quarter and the Santa Cruz area, the University…), so you won't need a car to stay here.

We recommend the following places close to El Corral del Conde where you can eat breakfast or have a meal:

- Bar Alfalfa on plaza de la Alfalfa

- El Rinconcillo (of the oldest bars of Seville) on calle Gerona 40

- The restaurant Al Sólito Posto on La Cuesta del Rosario 15

- Zelai on c/ Albareda 22,

- Almanara (vegetarian) on Alameda de Hércules 85

- Cosa Nostra on c/ Betis 52

- Abades on c/ Betis 69, with a spectacular decoration as well as a view.

- Last but not least, do not forget to have a beer on la Plaza del Salvador before lunch...or get lost in the area of Santa Cruz.

Parking available, 12€ per day, payment must be done in advance. Located at Escuelas Pías parking

Check-in from 15:00 to 21:30.

From 21:30 to 23:30, there is an extra charge of 25€.

From 23:30 to 01:00, there is an extra charge of 40€.

From 01:00 on, the charge is of 60€.

These amounts must be paid on cash at the check in.

Check-out before 12:00.
