In Sète, Villa Mont Saint clair, Art Deco style is comfortable, luxurious with an enclosed garden (1000 m2) and swimming pool. Very well located close it is close to the beach (700m walk) and shops (700m walk) and 2km from downtown (it is well connected by bus) In a quiet area, out of sight, it can accommodate 8 adults alike. Trees protect the house from heat the ground floor - a terrace with a dining room (seats 8) under the lime trees with electric Weber grill, -A veranda (30m2) with lounge and dining room, it opens on -The living room (60m2) with a seating area with a large sofa and two armchairs with satellite TV, WiFi, dVD player and a dining area with an extendable table with 12 chairs -The kitchen features: - a kitchen ( 7m2) with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob -a utility room (7m2) with freezer, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, device Smoothies, washing machine, dryer -Linen, repasse- machine etc ... - a room: the living room is a small hall with a master bedroom (bed 140) with bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath and a separate toilet upstairs: - 3 bedrooms (2 with 140 bed and one with 2 beds 90) conditioned with a large cupboard + a da cabinet ns .Each each room opens onto a terrace (one with sea view and two garden view and a garden) -A bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
