From the manager

This beautiful villa is in the popular development of Sao Rafael, a very short walk to lovely beaches and coves. The Albufeira marina and Salgados golf course are nearby and there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. The villa has great views to the sea and over natural countryside. The villa is set in its own well maintained garden, with a south facing swimming pool and large covered terrace.

It has a large sunny lounge with raised dining room, kitchen and utility room. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the master bedroom has a magnificent terrace with amazing panoramic sea views.

There is a further bathroom and guest cloakroom.

There is a large games room in the basement.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
