Beautiful villa composed off 3 bedrooms of which 1 en suite,1 bedroom with vieuw to the marina and 1 bedroom with vieuw to the front garden, living/dining room with fireplace,2 bathrooms 1 with jacuzzi and 1 with bath and jetshower ,bidets and toilets, kitchen fully equipped,TV's,DVD,internet WIFI, large private swimmingpool, garden, a big terrace with BBQ offering a nice vieuw to the new marina,beaches and Albufeira City.

The villa is situated at SAO RAFAEL, merely 10 minutes walking to some of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve.By car it is a 5 minutes drive to the old city of Albufeira, with many cafe's,restaurants, bars,discotheques and shops.The new Marina is 2 minutes by car, showing beautiful yachts,sailing boats .All this you can watch from terraces of the surrounding pubs and restaurants.

The owner is living on a separate private part of the villa, taking care of the maintenance of the swimming pool, gardens etc..When desired the owner can provide you with information about the area. The villa is located in a cul-de-sac which has almost no traffic and offers a panoramic vieuw of the marina and the valley. The property offers the maximum for relaxing and enjoying a care free holiday.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
