Villa Salica is a beautiful, large 19th century villa with a private pool. It is composed of 5 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 suites with double beds, private living rooms and en suite bathrooms.

It is located in the north of Tuscany near Serravalle Pistoiese in the province of Pistoia. It is perfectly positioned for visits to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Gamignano and Siena as well as the many beautiful villages and towns scattered throughout this part of Tuscany.

Interior
Ground Floor
The Ground floor has a beautiful entrance hall with an ancient stone staircase leading to the upper 2 floors. On the right side there is a TV room and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. On the left side the old stables have been renovated and is now a large, covered dining area with an external courtyard.

In front of the entrance there is an old kitchen and a new one. The old kitchen is equipped only as a dining area with two table and chairs for 10 people. The new kitchen is spacious with a large table for 20 people, cooker, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and washing machine. The wine cellars are located downstairs.

First Floor
A large area with 2 large rooms and 3 small rooms for relaxing, reading and eating. One marvellous hunting room is converted into the “salle à manger” for more informal dining, with simple pictures depicting hunting scenes on the walls. On this floor it is possible to have a supplementary double bedroom with bathroom, if needed.

Second Floor
A large entrance hall called the “Hall of Music” opens into the two suites and three double bedrooms with bathrooms. The suites are composed of one double bed with bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed if required.

Outdoor Space
Externally there is a large pool located on the hilltop amidst the lush greenery with sunbeds and parasols. A gazebo overlooks the rolling olive groves. The grounds also include gardens and large terraces equipped with chairs and tables.

The villa is perfectly positioned: away from the chaos of the cities but with easy access to Tuscan "musts". Infact, 95% of the symbolic Tuscan landmarks can be reached within an hour and a half by car or train. 2 km from Villa Salica there is a small country railstation where you can catch the train to discover the wonderful Tuscany destinations.

The villa is located in the north of Tuscany near Serravalle Pistoiese in the province of Pistoia. It is perfectly positioned for visits to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Gamignano and Siena as well as the many beautiful villages and towns scattered throughout this part of Tuscany.

PISA
Have your camera at the ready for the iconic leaning Tower, Baptistry and striking Duomo in the Miracles Square.
