Description

The villa breathes an atmosphere of peace and relaxation combining the unique Balinese spirit with the highest level of modern comfort. Its large pool, lush tropical garden and magnificent views over the Bali Sea and the palm tree forests and mountains at its south side, make this accommodation the perfect getaway for a relaxing luxury holiday for up to 8 adults. It's perfect for family, small groups and honeymooner.

3 bedrooms come with high quality mattresses and have a dressing, en-suite bathrooms, toilet and air-conditioning as well as a safety deposit box and a hair dryer.The4 fourth Bedroom has two single beds and aircondition. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. All Bedrooms has a magnificent view over the pool, the garden and the Bali sea.

For breakfast, lunch and dinner, Risma can cook as well Indonesian dishes as your preferred recipes and will gladly take care of the daily shopping. The kitchen is fully equipped with water dispenser, fridge, freezer and all modern electrical appliances. Payment of the food for meals is done by cash against receipts. Drinking water is at the guests’ disposal at all time.

Bath towels can be used at your convenience and all bed linen will be changed at your request - (max. twice a week). You don't need to bring your own personal bath amenities.

In the spacious living room a LCD TV, DVD player and DVD library with a wide selection of over 100 movies, including a special collection of kid’s movies and cartoons, iPad-iPhone-docking station are at your disposal. There is free WLAN internet access from every part of the villa.

A mobile phone is also provided for local calls.

Toys, games and books are abundantly present. Little children and babies are welcome at villa Niyati. There are two baby-beds with mosquito net, Baby-chair and –bath, children plates, cutlery and toys.

Outside you find an 8 seater dining table, 6 sun beds, sofa lounge, relaxing bale benong where you can enjoy the sea breeze, 2 x small nice table for candellight dinner at the sea shore and a 15 x 5 meters infinity swimming pool with access stairs and 3 depth levels, pool toys, outside shower, fish ponds and water wall. There is a carport near the staff house where you can find two scooters for rent,available for the guests.

How do damage deposits work?
