The property consists of 35,000 m2 of rural land with a small hill where once stood a mill, now fully restored and converted in such a comfortable home. It is surrounded by native vegetation with olive, fig and almond trees. From the house there is an open landscape and views to the three villages and the highest mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The restoration was carried out respectfully and manages to maintain the authenticity and simple rural character of the place itself. The vaulted great room with stone walls remains cool in the summer and warm thank to great fireplace in winter. 3 spacious bedrooms completely equiped together with 2 sitting rooms. Property has a salt water pool very integrated in quiet and rural garden.
