Villa PALM TREE Karine Oberoi, charming villa, is ideally located in a quiet street in Oberoi, in the center of Seminyak, close to restaurants, shops and the beautiful beach of Seminyak. Exclusive villa with private pool. Exceptional location, comfort, charm, luxury, calm, home, refined decoration, exotic garden, large pool, qualified and welcoming staff make this place the ideal place for a perfect stay with family or friends. The large main room of Villa Palm Tree has been built under the concept of Joglo (large old and traditional wooden house imported from Java) which will allow you to be fully immersed in the Balinese atmosphere. It houses a large living room, dining room and a relaxation area with home cinema. The American kitchen is fully equipped, its very friendly bar opens onto the living room and the dining room. This living space has a very nice view of the large pool and the lush garden. The large swimming pool, with a surface of 10m x 4m, is lined with deckchairs and parasols. Widely sunny, it will invite you to swim in its turquoise water. The Villa Palm Tree has 4 beautiful air-conditioned rooms with double canopy beds and mosquito nets, they are tastefully furnished in Asian style and each have a private bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on both sides of the living room. They have floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the tropical garden. The third bedroom is located in an independent pavilion. Its bay windows open onto the pool and the exotic garden. The fourth bedroom, intimate, upstairs is in the form of a small wooden pavilion typically traditional called "Gladak". It has a small terrace, its wooden structure gives it an undeniable charm. This villa has an enchanting charm combining traditional Balinese style and European comfort, it is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday while being close to all amenities.
