Santa Rosa is ideally located in the heart of Seminyak just a 5 minutes walk from the world renowned Ku De Ta Beach and is surrounded by all the newest restaurants, cafes and beach clubs.

Step off the main drag of Jalan Kayu Aya and relax into this stylish and spacious modern villa. Crisp white walls, black polished concrete floors and high ceilings beckon you into spacious open plan living, an excellent choice for families and friends. It consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, large family and dining area as well as a high tech entertainment room perfect for listening to music or watching movies in surround-sound on a 60 inch LCD screen.

The master bedroom consists of a king sized bed, large robe and has access to the main bathroom. Upstairs, a queen sized bed with large built-in robe awaits you. It has an adjoining bathroom and serene views of Seminyak. Both bedrooms have 42 inch flat screen TV's with 100+ cable channels.

Folding doors open to create indoor/outdoor living across a luxurious stained wooden deck. Enjoy a cool drink in a sunbed or beanbag under the umbrella overlooking 3 x 7 pool and lush tropical gardens. Heaven in Bali.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor living space make this villa one to remember. We welcome you to Santa Rosa, your home away from home.

Getting around

Most places are short distance by 5 to 15mins walk. There are some shuttle bus called KURA KURA stationed at Seminyak Square. KURA KURA brings you to Legian Area and return. Other good places that need a car you can easily catch a taxi on the street.

Interaction with guest

Our staff will always be at the villa on every check in and check out. On check in our staff will meet you, show you around the house and hand over the keys. On check out our staff will meet you to receive the keys back and assist you. During your stay our staff will come for cleaning every day upon your request time of cleaning, between 8am to 4pm. You may also ask our staff not to come for cleaning upon your request day if you want a day of full privacy.

1. Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms.
2. Guest who is travelling with under age children please know there are stairs in house.
3. The pool has 1.45m deep on left side and 1.85m deep on right side.
4. Extra charge will be applied for any damages / losses occured caused by guest.
5. USING DRUGS IS STRONGLY PROHIBITED AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE.
6. SANTA ROSA MANAGEMENT WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES OF GUEST'S BELONGINGS. PLEASE KEEP THEM IN SAFETY BOX PROVIDED.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
