Bali Akasa Villa is a private luxury 4-5 Bedroom villa with large pool and garden. Next door is Bali AkasaDua Villa which is a 2 bedroom villa with private pool. You can book them separately or together they make a 7 bedroom villa with 2 swimming pools. Close to the best beaches, dining and shopping destinations on the island. Every bedroom has an en suite and view to the large pool and tropical garden. You will not find anything else like this of this size and standard in Seminyak. The villa is very unique for Seminyak with such a large pool and garden and is fully staffed with excellent and attentive staff providing you with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Bali Akasa Villa is the perfect rental accommodation for a holiday in Seminyak Bali, ideal for reunions or that special family holiday.

The massive open living area includes kitchen and bar facilities, dining area and living area looking over the beautiful blue swimming pool. Generously furnished the dining area has a long table which can seat 14 guests. The living area has 2 Javanese day beds and 4 comfortable arm chairs, as well as long bench seating to stretch your legs out on. There is also seating under the cool veranda and all of this is set underneath the stunning, traditional Balinese thatched roof. The impressive 14 metre pool is surrounded by a mature, lush tropical garden, filled with exotic flowers and fragrant frangipani trees creating the perfect Bali style tropical garden hideaway. Bali Akasa Villa is an ideal oasis, completely surrounded by many fabulous restaurants and shops and gives you very easy access to explore further afield for day trips to Ubud, Uluwatu, the famous Temple of Tanah Lot. It is in the quieter area of Seminyak, away from the hectic and busy streets giving you a tranquil peaceful place to rest and relax.

The charming 5th bedroom Bungalow is set in the garden and is just a few steps from the main villa. It has it's an en suite and wardrobe it can be set up with twin beds or a king bed. It includes a flat screen TV with satellite TV giving you a choice of 60 TV programs. There is also a DVD player (and a wide range of movies), library (for children and adults), toys and board games. The bungalow also works very well as an entertainment room when not needed as a bedroom and can be set up with an L shaped lounge.

Akasa Villa is just off Sunset Road, so you have quick and easy access to the best shopping, restaurants and beaches of Legian, Seminyak or Kuta. A $3 taxi ride will get you to all of the best restaurants and shops in the area. From the villa you also have easy access to popular spots such as Waterbom Park, Legian Street and the Legian Art Market, Eat Street and Oberoi area with KuDeTa and Potato Head. Walking from the villa, and turning right you can explore Mertanadi Street, a developing street with some of our favourite restaurants and shops specialising in furniture and interior design as well as small local restaurants to stop at for a cool drink and delicious snack or meal.
