Designed as a holiday home for the owners themselves, this 4-bedroom villa has an amazingly central location in Seminyak, tucked away in a discreet luxurious complex less than 300 meters from the beach. While Seminyak is known for its international restaurants, chic boutiques and glittering nightlife, Villa Aliyas location on a dead-end road with no traffic, surrounded by expansive tropical landscaped gardens makes it an oasis of calm in the middle of Seminyaks bustle.

The cocktail bar on the upper floor offer a panoramic view of the landscaped gardens surrounding the complex offering full bar facilities, great area for sunset drinks, entertaining or just chilling.

The Villa is managed by 7 full time professionally trained staff including a chef and cook.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
