Located in Bidadari, close to the center of Seminyak, the villa Jonas is a newly built spacious and modern tropical style one bedroom villa which consists of a nice central 8m x3m swimming pool surrounded by a large air-conditioned bedroom and a beautiful living room widely opened onto the garden and the pool. If you are looking for some romantic holidays in Bali, you will enjoy the villa Jonas.

Located in Bidadari , a secluded and quiet part of Seminyak which center is renowned for its many international restaurants, bars, nightclubs and designer boutiques, Villa Jonas is an oasis of calm conveniently located less than 700 metres from the main streets of Seminyak .
Seminyak Beach and its famous restaurants such as Ku De Ta, La Lucciola and Potato head is less than 5 minutes by car or scooter
The villa is also located 700 meters from the famous Dining Street, (Jalan Oberoi)
15 km from the Ngurah Rai International Airport
Just 10 minutes from the beaches of Double Six, Seminyak, Batubelig or Petitenguet

Villa Jonas, just newly built in 2013 on 2,5 aras plot, consists of a 120m2 building L shaped around a large 8m x3m blue central swimming pool.
The American style kitchen is fully equipped; it is very functional and overlooks a large living and dining areas widely opened onto the garden and the pool.

The bedroom is spacious, approximately 25m2, it has air conditioning, a king size bed, flat screen cabled TV (international channels), safety box, large closets, large slidding doors with blackout curtains overlooking the pool, and a splendid semi-open bathroom with shower and large bath tub

House staff:
• A Maid part-time (she can do the grocery and prepare breakfast "Not Include".)
• Garden and pool maintenance are performed regularly

How do damage deposits work?
