Description

This beautiful immaculately presented 2 bedroom villa is of high end quality and has everything you need to make your holiday as comfortable and relaxing as possible. It is conveniently located in the Seminyak area and is only a few minutes to Pettitenget street / Eat Street where you will find all the famous restaurants, bars, shopping and beaches.

The villa is totally private and has 2 levels of luxury living with the ground level consisting of a combined kitchen, dining and lounge all fully opening with bifold doors directly onto decks, swimming pool, koi fish ponds, garden and a courtyard BBQ area. For small children there are pool safety gates that can be installed within the bifold doors if needed ! There is also a guest bathroom, laundry and parking with secure gates and the villa itself is fully lockable. The second level has 2 bedrooms, the master has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, large wardrobe and air conditioning, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, large wardrobe and air conditioning.

There is also a single bed that can be made up to accommodate a fifth guest and for babys we provide a portacot and a high chair.

All linen and towels are of the highest quality to ensure your comfort and to maintain your privacy the villa is cleaned and serviced upon request .

The kitchen is fully equipped to make either a simple breakfast or a feast and we supply unlimited fresh drinking water from a chilled water dispenser and a starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk and snacks. I can also arrange at your cost food and beverage hampers to order.

The villa is fully setup with all you would expect such as cable TV with over 150 channels, DVD player, stereo, high speed optic fiber WiFi internet, mobile phone and a secure safe for your valuables.

I have lived in Bali for many years and I'm happy to assist you in any way possible. I can arrange airport transfers, motorbike, scooter and car rentals, tours, advice and basically anything you need to make your holiday relaxing and stress free :)

This villa is privately owned and managed by an Australian.

Getting around

There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance alternatively a great way to around is to rent a scooter to give you the experience and freedom to go anywhere anytime. The villa is in a very easy to find location and I will give you all the info you need regarding that and i can organize rental for you . The other way is to call a taxi and the number will be in the phone we provide for you, just call and a taxi will there in minutes or you can hire my driver for tours etc . If you decide you would like to rent a scooter or car please remember to bring along you international drivers license which you can obtain from your country of origin.

I'm always there to check my guests in and brief them on all and I'm also available throughout the stay to help in anyway I can.

If my guests would like a late check out there is a charge of half the nightly rate up to 5pm, anything after that is charged at the full nightly rate.
Smoking is allowed but strctly outside and ashtrays are provided .
No shoes allowed in the villa .
Please use the outdoor shower after a day at the beach to prevent SAND entering the villa, pool and washing machine.
Any damage or loss apart from general wear and tear must be paid for before checking out.

“Brilliant Villa”

Firstly, Thank you to Greg for being so helpful throughout our stay. Greg helps with every thing and nothing is too much trouble. The villa is absolutely stunning. It is kept in excellent condition and Is a really lovely place to stay. There are turtles and fish tanks. These are added touches which make this place even more special. I had a fantastic week and couldn't recommend this villa more highly. The villa is approximately 1km from the supermarket. We hired mopeds and this was definitely the best way to get around. Kutuk was a driver that Greg recommended to drive us around the island on a trip and he was excellent too. Don't miss out on staying here if you are in this area.

“Beautiful villa in a Great location”

My Girlfriend and I rented the villa for the beginning of March. We were greeted at the airport and driven straight to the Villa to meet Greg the owner. Very friendly and an amazing villa. The pictures don't do it justice. Greg was a huge help, sorted us a scooter and gave us plenty of ideas for places to go and eat. We will definitely be returning! Liam and Katie

“Our home away from home.”

This place was recommended by my friend's sister, and once we arrived, we immediately saw why she chose this villa in Bali. We weren't able to meet Greg when we got there but his lovely wife Meg was there instead to check us in. The place was very clean and spacious... very homey. The air conditioning wasn't quite working in the main bedroom the 1st night but Meg was on it pronto. WiFi was intermittent, but Greg explained the on-going application for fiber optics in the villa. Other than that, we'd give the place 5 stars. But I really must note that in the absence of Greg, Meg was such a wonderful host! She recommended the best places to chill and dine.. the best places to get a massage for your money's worth. Greg and Meg has a wireless phone in which we could bring with us on our days out in Bali; proving very useful when it comes to calling up Meg for translating directions whenever we hit a language barrier with the locals. Over all, we are definitely coming back with friends (when the WiFi is fixed)!

Greg met us at the villa showed us through 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, private pool next to water feature full of fish & turtles. It was spacious, open plan & well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay they and would highly recommend this to my friends

We had a great stay at this place: very nice airy villa, spotlessly clean, helpful owner. It's just a bit far away from the interesting spots in Seminyak but if you have a driver it should not be a problem.

“Spectacular accomodation with a contempory Balinese feel.”

We stayed at Bali Holiday Villa from Aug -2nd 2015. and absolutley loved it! We stayed with 2 teenagers who loved all the comforts of home that was on offer such as a music center and wide screen TV and air conditioning. The Villa is beautifully designed and very stylish. On arrival Greg was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us settle in and help us find our way around the local area. There was a complimentary mobile phone for us to use to call taxis, and tea and coffee, which was great after a 21 hour flight! We recommend using Ketut as a reliable driver and guide if you want to get around and see some of the sites that Bali has to offer. Check out Turtle Island which was amazing, and visit La Laguna, and Potato Head if you get the chance.

“Above and Beyond”

Such a fabulous stay at the villa, Greg truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. Even going so far as bringing a screw driver one night to fix my sons toy. I have stayed in villas previously in Bali, but must honestly say this villa is highly maintained and always felt clean and comfortable. The only thing I would advise is that you hire a scooter for your stay as the main area is not within walking distance, but I would definitely look at staying here again when I return. “Bali Holiday Villa a stay in Paradise”

My niece and I recently made our first trip to Bali, and -- WOW! -- Bali is amazing: the people, culture, art and architecture, food, shopping, activities. Bali has it all, and it's all fantastic. We both agreed, however, that our favorite part of our fabulous vacation was our stay at the Bali Holiday Villa. Practically speaking, the Villa is well-located, exceptionally secure, meticulously maintained, and provides all necessary amenities. But that is only the beginning of the Villa's delights. Owner/artist/architect Greg has created a magical place that contains within its walls the ultimate Bali experience of paradisiacal beauty and serenity. The Villa completely opens up to become an indoor/outdoor space of tropical plants, scurrying lizards, tumbling waterfall, bubbling koi and turtle ponds, and jewel-like swimming pool, while overhead kites and songbirds soar in a dazzling sky. My niece and I could scarcely tear ourselves away to tour. But tour you must, and Greg is the consummate host, always available by phone, minutes away by motorbike, seeing to his guests' needs and arranging everything that needs to be arranged. I was caught up in the volcanic-eruption-airport-closure nightmare that left so many travelers stranded, and I couldn't have managed without the dedicated assistance provided by Greg, his lovely family and his wonderful staff. I will never forget their kindness, and I hope I will see them all again soon.

We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous Villa. Modern, clean and cool 2 bedroom villa with great downstairs area and pool. Greg was aboslutely fantastic - made us feel very welcome and was always happy to answer our questions. Highly recommended!
