Villa Santi Luxuriate in a Vast Tropical Garden in Seminyak in a quite gang close to main action.All bedrooms have en suite bathroom and are separate from each other . The villa is developed on 1,200 m2 and has big garden to enjoy sunny days .Has big opening living room and feature of modern kitchen.The layout of the villa is very charming, The villa is very comfortable for you occupy during your holiday in Bali. you will get a similar atmosphere to the layout of a Balinese traditional architecture. The villa is suitable for your vacation with your family in Bali.The villa is also available to rent in 3 bedrooms.Jalan Kunti, jalan behind Bali Deli is central Seminyak. The villa is close to shops where you can get around by walk or shopping, massage or spa treatment in a nearby shopping center for food, In a calm area settled in the middle of nice shops, restaurants ( Made's Warung, Queen Tandor, Café Bali, Khaima, Rumors, Trattoria, Ultimo) and close by famous clubs( Kudeta, W, Potato Head ...)Yet close the Sunset road to be able to drive all around Bali easily !House staff for cleaning and prepare breakfast (not include) every day except Sunday from 9am to 4pm. security on site! Children friendly and welcome!, Possible to arrange massage at home by order on Apps.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Widiana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
