PRIVATELY OWNED 2014 3 BED 38FT x 12FT Caravan.
3 bedroom caravan on a fab location within the West Sands Park, easy access and parking. Situated on a great corner plot on Round Piece Lane giving plenty of space both inside and outside for all the family.
Our van offers a luxurious & quality feeling. French doors at the front of the living area open up to a nice piece of green grass,
Raining outside? Then there is a Blue-ray Player, SKY + HD a 40" Smart HD TV in the living area, just pop on a DVD (There are many in the caravan for you to use). Bring a USB Stick with your own movies, or tune in to one of many digital TV Channels and relax.The van has 2 Small twin bed bedroom's, both with storage and central heating. The second room boasts a 22" HD TV with free-view.The Master bedroom: Double Bed, En-suite toilet, dressing area, wardrobe, central heating & 32" HD TV with built in DVD Player and Free-view. The West Sands Park is by far the most family orientated area of the Bunn Leisure site. The Site Features Excellent Entertainment with plenty to keep a family of all ages engaged. On-site: A Swimming Pool, 1st class entertainment acts a local beach with excellent views. Plenty for all the family to do and enjoy.

As part of our booking process you will be required to provide a copy of Valid ID for yourself and any accompanying adults in your booking,
Valid ID for the person booking, known as the primary guest : A copy of your driving licence or passport, and a recent (within 3 Months) utility bill or council tax bill.
For other adult guests a driving licence or passport is preferred, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Your ID WILL also be required on your arrival day to the caravan site, this will need to be produced with the arrivals form we will send you in order for you to collect the keys to the caravan and be allowed entry to the site.
Entertainment passes are not included in our prices as we do not provide the entertainment content.

“Perfect home from home”
Excellent everything we needed. Loved the wet weather DVDs and books kids made good use of them. Had a problem when we arrived Rob (the owner) had it sorted in hours. Will book again.

“Bunn Lesuire Caravan Rental”
Bunn Lesuire is a fantastic place to stay regardless of what age you are. There's plently of things for everyone to enjoy. On site ( West Sands) there's a fantastic complex which both adults and children can enjoy. Through out the day there is plenty for children to do right through untill the evening. The Club House also known as the Embassy provides fantastic entertainment and if your undecided if you want to fork out for entertainment passes we would definitely recommend it. We watched some fantastic shows such as Elvis Reload, 5th Mix and Bunn Lesuires Got Tallent and you can then see why they are worth the money. The children have access to a kids club which is inside the embassy whilst you watch your entertainment the children are being entertained in there own clubhouse not far from you! With a beach on your door step what more could wou want oh wait there's more .. There's plenty of amazing facilities on site such as arcades an indoor swimming pool and sauna which has a lazy river and water slides, a fun fair, crazy golf course and a go cart track!. There's plently of shops and places to eat and if that's not enough for you there's Chichester and Bognor down the road. We would highly recommend that you check out Chichesters crazy golf course makes a fantastic day out when the sun is shining. There are others sites on Bunn Lesuire with there own complexes which your allowed to go and enjoy the use of with courtesy transport of a bus or a train to get you there! The Caravan is situated in a lovely quite location not to far from the main complexs! I would say a 15 minuire walk but if you cut through the caravans you may even get there a bit quicker. The Caravan its self has a lovely balcony with a table and chair and when the sun is shinning it's lovely to sit out there and relax. The Caravan itself is certainly a home away from home. Providing you with all the essentials you would need. We loved that the Caravan had Wifi so we could keep our family and friends updates with our latest holiday snaps and if there's weather wasn't so good there's a television and a lovely selection of DVDs. The Caravan was very comfy and spacious and extremely clean. we were welcomed with a lovely sign and information packs. The Bedrooms were very cosy and gave you a good nights sleeps. I would say the only thing we could suggest is that bedding and kitchen essentials to be provided as part of the package price maybe something to consider in the future. We had a lovely stay and as you can see from the photos fantastic weather. We have stayed in privately rented caravans for many years on Bunn Lesuire and by far this is the best one we have stayed in! Would 100% recommend and would love to return in the near future. “Happy New Year!”
We stayed for 3 nights for New Years Eve celebrations with another family, 4 adults and 2 4 year olds and had a really lovely break. The caravan was fantastic, extremely well equipped and immaculate, we were so impressed with it! We had to decide which couple had the double room as the other two were both twin beds but that was the only drama for us! It was as warm as toast, very cosy with the radiators on and there was even a nice fan-heater fire in lounge area. Just be aware that you cannot use an iron on board as the electrical supply will not support it, we did not spot this in the caravan instructions (it was clearly stated) so iron before you go! It really was home from home and we would not hesitate to recommend renting it, thank you to the owners for providing such a great facility and we hope to return in the future.

Caravan was well equipped, modern and spacious. Ower couldn't have been more helpful in terms of responding to queries and the booking process. It was a cold December day when we arrived but the caravan quickly warmed up and stayed warm throughout our stay. There is also a lovely fire in the living room. Haven't got a bad word to say
The caravan was amazing, absolutely lovely and a quiet part of the park. Beautiful and spacious. Good idea to have sky and wifi for raining days!
