Gorgeous private house situated in a stunning garden, Sleeps 5 in two spacious bedrooms, dining patio. Swimming pool shared with next door Goldsmith House.

Situated only 5 minutes walk from the center of town in a pretty and quiet neibourhood

Bedroom 1: Spacious double room with wooden floor and ceiling, hand crafted wardrobe, vanity table and chest of drawers, bedside tables with reading lights and made even more comfortable with beautiful hand made Turkish carpets. This room has a huge book shelf brimming with German, English and Turkish books.

Bedroom 2: Extra large bedroom with single bed, comfortable sofa bed, opened when required, hand crafted wardrobe, bedside tables, book shelves with wonderful reference books, Comfortable chair and beaautiful Turkish carpet, finished off with a lovely wood burning fireplace.

Kitchen : Fully fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs, fridge freezer, oven, hob, marble workspaces, hand crafted kitchen cupboards, filter coffee machine, kettle, dish washer and all that is needed for a very comfortable stay.

Bathroom : Modern bathroom with hand crafted cupboards, shower, sink and toilet. Clothes washing mahine.

Outside relaxing area : Stunning totally private covered area with wonderful views of the garden, here there is a dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa, beautiful wood burning fireplace, great for the cooler evening, BBQ, super area all year around.

Garden House private garden : Wonderful huge garden lawn with mature rosies, flower beds, here there is a garden table and chairs.

Swimming pool : The swimming pool is shared with next door Goldsmith House, situated in the back garden of Goldsmith House, The pool is 10 meters away (There is a private door from Garden House that is used to access this area) The pool area is surrounded by beautiful citrus trees and wonderful large lawn and herb gardens. The garden and pool is shared by Goldsmith House.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alison (the owner) a message.

If Alison (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
