Stunning view towards sea, island of Hvar, Peljesac and mountain Biokovo from spacious terrace with private pool (24/7).

For sleep: one twin bed room and two double (king)bed room. Large sofa in the living room. Additional single bed is available if there are eight of you.

Vast and secluded garden with rosemaries, agaves, olive trees, artichokes, pomegranates, lavenders, grapes, figs and grapevines.

You'll be delighted with the scents of nature and pleasant summer breeze.

1.8 km from the sea and 12 km from the airport. Garage available.

“Ultimately relaxation in charming holiday home”

We enjoyed three weeks of complete relaxation at this charming property in Novo Selo, Brač. The house is spacious, homely, very well equipped and immaculately clean. The pool area is great and we made good use of the BBQ. The garden and surroundings are lovely - it feels like a tranquil traditional retreat. The property management team were very helpful and always ready to assist and regularly checking if we needed anything. We had a complete house clean and fresh linen every week. We liked the location. It is very quiet, but only 5 mins drive to Sumartin and 10 mins to Povlja, both of which have an abundance of fabulous beaches to swim from and great restaurants. Being in a semi-rural location, insects can of course be expected. (The windows have flyscreens) This mostly didn’t detract from our great experience but families with young children may want to discuss this with the owner. A great place to explore the Island from and to chill in the evenings enjoying the pool, view and BBQ.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
