Langdale is a quaint 3 storey terrace town house dating back to the mid 18th century. The property retains many period features to include exposed beams, lintels and wooden latch doors. Updated by a popular renowned builder the property presents very attractive accommodation, which is exceptionally well maintained and deceptively spacious. Entrance to the property is via a historic studded plank door, leading into the lounge. The lounge has stone flagged flooring, window to the front and a feature fireplace with stone surround and flagged hearth. The kitchen has a range of Oak units to include a porcelain sink and half with drainer, Esse gas fired cooker and a washing machine. Window to the rear looks out onto the School field with fells beyond. There is a door to the rear leading to the passage way with access to the rubbish store and Back Lane. The kitchen has a dining space and open staircase to the first floor. On the first floor there is the house bathroom with W.C, vanity sink, bath and shower cubicle. To the front there is one double bedroom with a useful walk in wardrobe and also a single bedroom. On the top floor there is a good sized sitting room, with beautiful fell views, feature exposed stone wall and a wall mounted gas fire. There is also a spacious double bedroom on this floor with ensuite shower room and fitted wardrobe. Velux windows on this level make these two rooms lovely and bright. A lovely town house within the Dales market Town of Sedbergh, also positioned within the conservation area.

How do damage deposits work?

If Emily (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
