Luxury 3 bedroom villa with private heated pool (heating is an optional extra at additional daily charge), master en suite and balcony, furnished to an extremely high standard with air conditioning throughout and sea views. There is a private heated pool with walk-in Roman steps set within the large landscaped gardens which feature palm trees, fruit trees, large patio area, decking area and BBQ. The villa has also been equipped with cable TV and Internet Access.

Situated in the prestigious Secret Valley golf resort at Ha Potami, the villa is ideally set for both summer and winter golfing holidays in Cyprus and also provides a perfect base for family holidays. Only 5 mintues drive to Aphrodite Hills Spa and Golf Resort and 20 minutes drive to Tsada golf course. The villa is a superb self catering property for holiday rentals and is located a short drive away from the nightlife, water park and restaurants in Paphos and the beach and tavernas at Pissouri.

Whilst in a peaceful countryside location the Villa is only a 10 minute drive from Paphos International Airport.

Downstairs is a spacious contemporary open-plan design with ample room for up to 6 people to dine and relax.

The kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops and all mod cons including dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. In the lounge area there are comfortable leather chairs, Cable TV and DVD Player which can play CDs. There are a selection of DVDs for all tastes.

The master bedroom with Queen size bed has cable TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are also patio doors leading to a balcony with beautiful sea views. The two twin-bedded rooms share a modern family bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have generous wardrobe space and are fitted with blackout blinds to ensure a good nights sleep for all. There is a further WC downstairs.

The Villa is also equipped for small children with a selection of toys, a highchair and travel cot.

The Villa is also fully air conditioned with a heating option if needed in the winter months and has WIFI. We have just added USB sockets so its easy to charge phones and tablets too in all rooms.

The Villa is situated in a peaceful location with sea views, set in beautiful gardens including grassy area, fruit trees and palm trees.

The private pool is 8 x 4 meters with shallow walk in Roman steps (suitable for children or elderly).

There is a large patio area, with an in built BBQ and outside dining for 6 on the veranda.

Also on the veranda is a seating area, with 2 sofas, a coffee table and some loungers. To the side of the villa is a peaceful decking area with two loungers and an umbrella and lovely views of the garden. At night there are fairy lights to give subtle lighting to the veranda area for a relaxed ambience.

There is also outdoor sockets to plug in music etc.

The carport is to one side of the villa and is a shady area to keep the car out of direct sunlight. Access to the driveway is through black iron gates.

Interaction with guest

The villa is managed by a British couple, who live nearby. They are really helpful and friendly and will check that you are happy with everything around 24 hours after your arrival. They are also on hand if there is a problem and will contact you prior to your stay with directions, information about key access and welcome packs. We are also contactable if you have any questions to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. We are a family of 5 and appreciate how special holidays are, so we will do our best to ensure you have a brilliant time at Villa Alexia.

In reference to the beaches, there are some lovely quiet sandy beaches in the Episkopi area (about a 25 minute drive away from the villa towards Limassol) and also in Paphos there is a large sandy beach. Why can't I call Ian & Ellie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian & Ellie (the owner) a message.

If Ian & Ellie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
