Extra features include Wi-Fi, 42" SKY+ TV in the lounge, and SKY+ TVs in the Master Bedroom and Study, a first floor sea-facing balcony, wine cooler, games area, outside beach shower, B-B-Q and garden furniture. It has three King size en-suite bedrooms and a fourth triple bedroom with bunk beds and a child's 2'6" bed. Separate family bathroom.

Seagrove Bay is one of the most sought after areas on the Isle of Wight. It is home of the famous Seaview Yacht Club which holds its annual Regatta in August. There are several sandy beaches which are ideal for swimming, water sports or just strolling along. It is next to the picturesque Hersey Nature Reserve. The sandy beaches of Ryde are within walking distance along the sea front.

Seaview Village is small and friendly with a good selection of shops for everyday essentials, excellent restaurants, cafes and pubs and is only a short walk away. Within a few miles of the village there are several riding schools, golf courses, a wildlife and bird park, water sports, fishing. You will find plenty to do or see on the Island.
