The Counting House is a stunning new conversion from a 1870 Victorian town house, (formerly a Bank) into four superb luxury apartments, (Sovereign, Sterling, Crown and Florin) situated right in the heart of the popular seaside town of Seaton.

These beautiful apartments are located in the Square with local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and two supermarkets all to hand.

Only a minute's walk to the seafront, Esplanade, with mile long beach. The pretty Axe Harbour is an easy 10 minute level walk away and the golf course a little further.

Just a short walk to the South West Coast Path, in one direction to the picturesque fishing village of Beer, a little further to Branscombe and the opposite direction to Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and excellent selection of specialist shops.

A little further onto Charmouth with the Heritage Coast Centre, offering fossil hunting walks, rock pool rambles and special marine events.

Its special landscape has been protected to preserve and enhance its natural beauty, a designated 'World Heritage Site'.

West Dorset & East Devon offers the most beautiful and unspoilt stretch of scenic “Jurassic” coastline with dramatic contrasting red and white cliffs, surrounding spectacular countryside, dotted with picturesque villages and small historic towns.

Suiting a variety of visitors of all ages - couples, families, ramblers, nature lovers and sports enthusiasts.
