Pretty cottage, one of a small row of four, perfectly situated in the heart of the popular seaside town of Seaton on the Jurassic Coast. Most conveniently tucked away in a courtyard in a quiet pedestianised area of this town. The beach with Esplanade and bay are several minutes walk away. Excellently positioned close to the shops, inns, cafes, selection of good eating places, tennis courts and putting green.
Stunning coastal footpaths over the cliff tops to Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth. Beer Quarry Caves, Pecorama model railway/pleasure gardens and the famous Donkey Sanctuary are all closeby. The popular coastal towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are both a 15 minutes drive away. Lyme Regis and Charmouth are both famous for fossil hunting.
The Seaton tramway offers journeys along the delightful Axe Valley to Colyton and passing by the beautiful Seaton Marshes Local Nature Reserve. An ideal seaside cottage in a perfect location to enjoy a relaxing holiday and explore the nearby coastal resorts.

Small lawned area to the front of the cottage. Pretty sunny rear enclosed patio with picnic bench.
Parking in adjacent local car park, added convenience of private access gate from cottages, reasonably priced weekly ticket, £23 (2013 price), which entitles you to park in other East Devon District Council car parks.
Saturday changeover. Small pet welcome. Please note if bring a pet this property only takes one small dog. A £75 returnable security deposit will be added to your booking. The £75 is paid in with your balance, 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Seaton - Gateway to the Jurassic Coast
Pretty, friendly, traditional seaside town, the first in East Devon from Dorset, situated at the mouth of the River Axe overlooking the spectacular Lyme Bay. Bright, relaxed and uncommercialized resort with mixture of Victorian and Edwardian architecture and pedestrianised town centre.
Superb mile long pebble beach with promenade with rock pools at Seaton Hole on the western end.
Unique scenic walks along the South West Coastal path to Lyme Regis by the famous Landslip and over the cliffs to Beer.
The Jubilee and Seafield Gardens with Cactus house, children's playground, putting green and tennis courts are ideal places to visit. Aslo, worth a visit is the award winning Seaton Labyrinth, a 60ft diameter spiral walk, made from seven types of stone from the World Heritage Coast.
Open top tram travels by the beautiful River Axe Valley, the Nature Reserve for wildlife enthusiasts - a bird lovers paradise to nearby Colyford and Colyton.
