A pretty modern cottage located close to the bustling town centre and Seaton's mile long beach in a quiet residential cul de sac within a private road. The cottage is well presented and offers a porch, reception hall, cloakroom, kitchen, sitting room with dining area. Upstairs there is a family bathroom double bedroom with en suite shower room, twin bedroom and bunk bed room. The cottage is well equipped with all you need for your seaside holiday and has very pleasant patio and gardens to the rear, side and front. There is a parking space with the property and it is within easy walking distance of the shops and town centre. The nature reserve is also nearby along the western bank of the River Axe and has a number of foot paths and cycle trails and bird hides which give you an excellent vantage point to observe the numerous birds on the marshes and estuary. The tramway runs frequently from Seaton to Colyton stopping at Colyford on the way

The South West attracts many visitors every year, with miles of unspoilt coastline and plenty of choice for beaches the region is a top destination for families in particular. With many places to explore including Dartmoor & Exmoor it is the ideal place to explore and enjoy.

Seaton

East Devon is a very beautiful place, much of it is in fact designated as being of outstanding natural beauty and protected as such. Seaton offers the visitor an ideal base from which to explore, the mile long beach is rarely crowded and you can always find some were to escape the crowds if you like. The South West Coast Path takes you along the World Heritage Site of the Jurassic Coastline which is a delight to discover in either direction. Closer to Seaton lies a very popular nature reserve which has a number of hides from which to observe the birdlife feeding on the salt marshes and the Axe Estuary.
